Re: Who is the king of Altcoin?

I personally think the most successful ALT is BNB. It has been the best performing alt coin from the time of it's launch back in the July 2017 and since the beginning of the year BNB made a staggering 83% gain.
Although there are a lot of controversies around BNB coin, some call it a ponzi scheme and a centralized token. But hey,  isn't the whole crypto space a ponzi scheme for the people who lose money chasing the lambo and moon dreams and investing blindly without doing their own research.

Re: EOS - Asynchronous Smart Contract Platform - (Dan Larimer of Bitshares/Steem)

For most EOS accounts (genesis and new), the active and owner keypair are identical. If you leave them identical that means you have to expose your private key of your Owner permission to a wallet at least once, to be able to import your accounts to a wallet. You then risk exposing your owner permission private key online and potentially lose control over your account. You don't have the need to expose your owner permission private key online as you can have the same control and permissions on your account using your active permission. Owner permission should only be used to change the owner/active permission keys pair.
In the video learn how to change your EOS account owner permission in the most secured way using an offline computer and Greymass EOS Voter.

https://www.sense.chat/ was released, and a free EOS account comes with it.

I spent a lot of time on sense chat yesterday. It's got one of the most easiest account creation process, very similar to Bancor Wallet. I spent a lot of time on it last night before going to bed and found some bugs, I've got them written down. I use a OnePlus 6T, the shaking trick didn't work for me, so couldn't report it to the team.
Great job on the launch though, I am really looking forward for more updates and feature releases.

Also checkout eosDAC we are a community owned block producer and a dac enabler. eosDAC successfully launched the first DAC on EOS network. If you had EOS genesis account then you most certainly have some EOSDAC tokens too. You become an  eosDAC registered member by signing the eosDAC constitution on their member client here members.eosdac.io.

I have been working with the DAC since March last year and have been regularly rewarded for my contributions via their worker proposal system, so do check them out at eosdac.io

Anyone mining EOS gambling tokens?
by
paploo
on 14/03/2019, 08:21:22 UTC
The 4th quarter of 2018 was a bull market within the EOS gambling ecosystem, with tokens like DICE, FAST, POKER, etc reaching their ATH of at least 800% from launch date or from at least what they are currently priced now.
Betting is mining with these dapps. Although, now these dapp are facing the wrath of the bear market too.
Is is still wise to mine these gambling tokens?

Well the ways to earn bitcoin is not new.
Bitcoin paying bounties
Faucet
Airdrop
Mining.
But you will not earn a huge amount of bitcoin from this ways

There are also a tons of gambling sites with faucets, that will allow you to withdraw after you've earned a certain amount of BTC.
Check out sites like http://luckyfish.io

Which altcoin should we trust? A lot of altcoins are out there but which one to consider the best or the safest?

Absolutely you can always advise the top 10 cryptocurrency, as investing in them you can not worry about the fact that this company will be a scam and that your money will go to the thieves.

I have 70% of my crypto investments in altcoins and 30% in BTC

The top 10 are definitely going to best options. Other than top 10 coins, also checkout NPXS, ENJ, NEXO and IOST.

For 2018 I am only watching EOS and PHR.
PHR is so undervalued at the moment and EOS is like the beautiful seedling that it is.... she'll be a full grown redwood tree in not too much time.

This coin is so much more worth than it is beeing traded right now. Don't know why someone would sell it at 1.4$ ...  Huh

Maybe because the current market is going down day by day. But im pretty certain that technical persons are able to see the potential. However i do not have all the hope yet on Phore, as i have not found the source code for the marketplace, only binaries. I hope that the dev team will release them ASAP.

I suspect that Phore will truly get some attention after summer or Q3 of this year. Im going to HODL for as long as possible Smiley

I can't wait to see PHR beat it's all time high of $9 and it will get there sooner then expected.

A question about staking. Is it possible to stake less than 500 coins on an aws EC2 server?

Yes it's possible, however I don't think you need a VPS for that, just stake from your local wallet. I wouldn't expect more than  2-3 stake per month ( 2.8 PHR per stake ) with 500 coins, so you'd at least save the cost of the EC2 instance.

that would mean I'll need my wallet running on a machine 24/7? Does Andorid Wallet qualify ?

Or you can buy a raspberry pi and run the wallet on there. It's cheap and has a low electric consumption. Way more worth it that an EC2 instance in my opinion.

This is a good solution, thanks.
