I don't believe it. No explanation about the lost khs. No explanation about the auto-invest being enabled.  Now, lost BTC again because auto invest enabled again! Seriously, how in your face can this get?

Site claims a payment has been made but I have not received anything hours after -- XPY or BTC.  Be careful.

No open orders.  All 238khs sold.  It's a small amount but worried if it happens to a much bigger order.

I have an issue with selling khs.  I sold 238khs but was only credited for 23khs.  Is there some kind of fee or minimum I'm not aware of?

I've had 0.01820372 BTC three weeks now. 

Have had Total Expected 0.01820265 BTC for two weeks. 

Why do balances even get stuck?  This is the only pool that this happens -- to me at least.  I've had 0.01835318 BTC stuck for some time now.  The immatures don't become unexchanged and the unexchanged don't get ready for payout.

Sorry if this is a newb question but, payout was done but didn't go into my wallet.  This is what it says in the Payout Section:

Clicked on it and it says "Invalid Transaction Hash" at Blockchain.info.  What happened?

I'm in the Philippines, too.  I ordered from ZH last month and I got the order in 4 days via Fedex.  Cost to ship will be given to you when you check out.  You will definitely pay taxes with the amount depending on the customs examiners mood on that day.  You will also have to pay additional fees (storage, IP, etc..).

I recently ordered again which hasn't gone as smoothly as the last time.  I put in an substantial order last April 1 which which was supposed to be with me in 2-4 Business days.  Based on the tracking info, it shipped from HK April 5 and arrived in the Philippines April 6.  It's been stuck with DHL/Customs to this day.  I've called DHL a couple of times and it looks like I'll have to jump through a couple of hoops to get my package and might loose an arm and a leg.  I tried to contact support to get a copy of the documentation that's with the package for when I deal with customs but response has been slow compared to before.  Sad thing is, the units have undergone a price reduction twice (I think) since I put in the order.  It's a pretty significant amount if I add the savings if I had ordered later to the lost time mining.  If I do order again, I'll use my consolidator in HK.  It will cost extra but at least I'll know what I'll actually be paying.  Hope you have better luck with your order.

I just put in a smaller order (Order ID is: #2832) for two 20 packs to keep things simple.  I put in a note to ship the same way as before from China.  Hope you can see to it that your shipper sees the instructions.

I will be in Hongkong the end of this month and maybe I can pick up more when I'm there.
