I think that Bounty Campaign are good for promoting ICO, but I'm not sure with Signature Campaign. Because, no one will interested with just few word on our signature. Let's compare with other, in other campaign, they write many advantages in their coin. But in signature, they just write Name coin, also only full member above which can put their link.

I think that Etherum win at technology and features like smart contract and fast transaction. But Bitcoin are good too because it has more fans and investor than another crypto. Also, it has bigger community.

I think because of Etherum fall, you have to buy that because the price already cheap. Also Etherum is the king of Altcoin and when the green market back, Etherum will rise drastically.

I think you have to choose strong and stable coin like ETH, NEO, ADA, WAVES, etc. Investing on ICO or new Alt are very risky because of the market are in the bad condition right now even if the project look good and potential.

I think you just get little profit from holding NEO, maybe if you sell at Jan or Feb, you will get big profit from it. Also I think that you sell too early. Yes, they more smarter to make SCAM Bounty same as legit Bounty. They also can make good whitepaper and anything. So that's which make hard to detect SCAM or not.
