It depends. The price depends on a lot of factors, so just because there are less btc to mine doesnt mean the price will go up.
Yes, but mined Bitcoins will have higher value if the difficulty keep rising (or block reward halving and difficulty remain stable)
I will guarantee you that it will stop at around 10k. It wont go past it, because no one is going to pay 1 mil for a bitcoin, people are going to sell wayyyy faster than buy, so the price will start to go down really fast to a reasonable price.
Hasn't anyone figured out that this is just a PR thread for Ripple? Seems they hired a very exuberant intern to post on forums.
exactly what i was thinking, ripple is certainly interesting and i will keep my eye on it but im not exactly rushing off to deposit my money.and thats the thing i too have known of bitcoin since 2010 but didnt realized what kind of growth and power it could have to me it was just deepweb currency. then it starts gaining traction and going up in value and that helps build a profile for it in the public eye but still people who have even a basic idea of it are few and far between and even fewer own any coin.
