Re: What are your favorite Altcoins to trade or HODL right now?
by

on 30/07/2018, 02:05:28 UTC
I think Eth will really have a lot of surprises this year. so I keep a certain amount of elimination. it also touched on bounty trading. I also think that speed and fee are a little more advantageous than others.
you are right, very good save ETHEREUM, there are many possibilities of ETH will lead in front because most of all transaction tokens through ETH
ethereum has always been good, even if it had some troubles, i think you can trust it and invest in it fkr a long term
My favorite Altcoin this time is EOS. with a high enough price I am more interested to use it as a trading that makes a considerable profit we can accept and make main advantage going forward. premises siring over time is able to produce more profits in the future.

Re: Can any other crypto replace bitcoin?
by
paul heman
on 28/07/2018, 01:35:56 UTC
There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.

No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Do you agree???
Yes, there a lot of competitors, but I think Lightning will help to overcome all the disadvantages of bitcoin (low speed, high transaction fees) and preserve its first place.
As you said, at least not for the several next years.
At the same time, there are projects that offer a principally new way of arrangement of blockchain (additional layers that can theoretically allow up to a million of transactions per second), so we should keep an eye on this new technology.

Bitcoin is a coin that very able to be relied upon. because with the development that is present in Bitcoin experiencing a growing development so as to generate substantial profits for future. this does not close the possibility for other coins Cryptocurrency to continue to increase and replace Bitcoin in the future.

Re: Cardano
by
paul heman
on 28/07/2018, 01:28:47 UTC
It’s great seeing this interest in Cardano and Ada. I'm Tom Kelly and work as a Community & Marketing manager at the Cardano Foundation. It's a very exciting time for us right now as we publicly launched Cardano on Friday and today/yesterday began trading on Bittrex.

What is Cardano? Cardano is blockchain technology that harnesses the latest research and engineering best practices to build a system that will run decentralised applications, smart contracts and is fit to securely carry very high value.

Cardano is being built by IOHK, a leading technology company. Their international team of leading experts, academics and cryptographers have built Cardano over the past two years, inspired by the best features of existing cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ripple and Ethereum. Of its many innovations, Cardano is the first blockchain to use a provably secure, proof of stake algorithm - the only one to have been academically peer reviewed by leading cryptographers through its acceptance to Crypto 2017, the world’s top cryptography conference. https://www.forbes.com/sites/amycastor/2017/08/23/at-crypto-2017-blockchain-presentations-focus-on-proofs-not-concepts/#35d474f67b70.

There is a wealth of information available to read on the Cardano Hub website. https://www.cardanohub.org/en/home/
Anyone who has questions about the project should come to our community channels listed below. The roadmap for future updates to the project will be shared very soon, so join the community to keep up to date!

Cardano Community Channels
Slack: https://cardano.herokuapp.com/
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/cardanocommunity
Twitter: https://twitter.com/cardanocom
Reddit: https://reddit.com/r/cardano

Do not take this as a bashing. I am merely pointing out what I can read from this initial introduction. A platform for decentralizes apps and smart contracts sounds exactly the same as Ethereum. Why is it the first blockchain to use provable secure POS? What is the difference that makes it so?

Also, academically peer reviewed? Maybe it is the only one that asked to be reviewed. I am certain any number of others can request the same but see no benefit. Is this maybe the "first" with a lot of Doctorates?

kindly check https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Provable_security, Ethereum is just one layer and it is not currently determined if they're going for layered solution for their scaling issues. Therefore, all of what's going on the network including executing smart contracts is convoluted in one layer. Cardano is fundamentally different, It has a separate layer for settlement and will have other layer for computational (smart contract) and in my opinion, has much more flexible language than solidity. https://cardanodocs.com/technical/plutus/introduction/
Cardano has a lot of interest coming. this will affect the development that is present on Cardano. so Cardano is able to have a high enough price and makes Cardano Cardano a valuable coin and has a price that is quite expensive and high.

Re: Future of Litecoin
by

There is projection by investingpr.com that expects the price of Litecoin to reach up to $1000. They expect that more investors will start to invest in Litecoin as they look out for options other than Bitcoin, and to cut down their risk.
I think in the long run that is possible because Litecoin is really good and outperforms many other altcoins on the market. Litecoin is also a well-developed coin with experienced team so I believe in high value LTC in the future.
Litecoin is one of Altcoin which is a big enough profit in the future. with Litecoin growing rapidly able to bring Litecoin into a precious coin and make it as a flagship Altcoin just like Ethereum. Litecoin is also a coin that became a lot of devotees at this time.

If I'm more interested in holding (indefinite time) than day trading, which altcoin should I invest in? Are there any one more indicated for holding, in your opinion?
I agree with you, because I have been trapped in trading several times. I think trading is easy, but it does not and requires a lot of analysis. Maybe I need to learn again and now I just hold the popular coins for long term.
Altcoin is a coin with an ever-increasing development. with this increase able to make a much better future in the future. Altcoin that gives rise to the development that makes it a valuable coin in the future and a mainstay like Bitcoin.

Re: What are you still afraid of?
by
paul heman
on 27/07/2018, 01:39:16 UTC
Peopel ar panic including me because of uncertainty in crypto world some coins which never thought turn out to be scam like Centra , POS token made me think twice to invest . Yes as you said if fear gives nothing positive whats the need of panic . As the reverse with immense courage if you put money then loose everything there is no point of getting huge courage. Calculative risk always better. Finally dont invest what you cannot afford to loose.
For me, to be honest.. There is nothing to be afraid of because if you are afraid of scams you must avoid it. Before going in to this crypto world. You must have a proper knowledge for you to know about coins, tokens, campaigns and projects. And if you have been scammed then take it as a life lesson. You should be careful next time. And one more thing, if you want to gain money then you need to trust and waiting is a must.
I am very afraid of the presence of a continuous decline. because indeed when there is a continuous decline to make coins fall and losses big enough. so I'm trying to increase support so as not to make the coins do not decrease and make it the maximum increase.

Re: New alt coin says it can beat Bitcoin
by
paul heman
on 27/07/2018, 01:32:06 UTC
Anyone can say anything. It doesn't make the statement valid.

Agree. Everyone can say whatever they want -  future of bitcoin/crypto, next BTC, etc...
A lot of projects attempted to at least attain even half of the popularity of BTC, but, they failed.
And few months from now, visit this thread and more than likely the project that the OP was talking about is already dead.
indeed all the coins must be able to cheat Bitcoin in the future. but not with coins that do not try. because to overtake Bitcoins should have a full effort to improve its development. so while the new Altcoin has an ever-increasing development it can surely overtake Bitcoin.

Re: Ripple or Bitcoin
by
paul heman
on 26/07/2018, 02:06:07 UTC
Ripple is far more centralized than Bitcoin. I worry if it took off, it'd suffer the same fate as eGold. It's very unclear what power OpenCoin (the company behind Ripple) actually holds over the system. Today, OpenCoin holds basically all power. They claim that in the future OpenCoin will "release" this power out into the wild and the company will no longer be centrally important. I am extremely skeptical of this. I'm also extremely skeptical that OpenCoin can't/won't create more XRP's, and it bothers me that it's structured in a way to dish out the existing XRP's from a central postion (I see uncomfortable similarities with how central banks operate, though I'm not ideologically opposed to Ripple since it's voluntary).
You really don't see how enormously to our benefit it is to decentralize the network? Do you think Satoshi was a fool when he opened Bitcoin to the public and decentralized it? Do you think he would have done better had he tried to control it? Any monetary system that betrays the commitments it makes slits its own throat. Long before it will make any sense for OpenCoin to create more XRP, it won't have that power. All of these things are in our interest.

There are about a thousands banks in operation in fiat world that are not decentralized and they ( greedy capitalist pigs ) do not think they are fools and they think they are doing just fine fighting decentralization to tooth and nail.

Any commitments are also subject to be changed in the future. For example if somebody sees a hugely lucrative  market that you could tap with a change of commitments it is a nobrainer move to make and it might be very possible to do without sliting any throat. You just leave the early adopters behind and retarget your customer base to be the new group that does not care.

Any commitment that you do not fulfill today right now but postpone for some unspecified later date is not something that feels to be important deep inside your heart and any bunch of customers that do not demand it today right now do not keep that commitment that important either. If it is okay to postpone it for some unspecified later date it is certainly candidate to be postponed forever and nobody would care very deeply it that happens.

Because there are much more money some centralized party can make without decentralization it is right to be sceptical of such thing happening later. There is just no precedent of that happening ever. Satoshi started the bitcoin decentralized right from the start and that was critical part of it gaining first acceptance. If you are able to gain the first acceptance and first huge market success to ripple without decentralization there is absolutely no incentive for you to do it at some later date.
between the two coins and the differentiators of the price. both have an ever-increasing development and are capable of making it expensive. but Bitcoin is more expensive to be a coin that continues to increase in terms of price when its development continues to increase. so it's great with the future Bitcoin.

Re: Why Bitcoin Climbing Stable while most other Altcoins get RED?
by
paul heman
on 26/07/2018, 01:59:22 UTC
From what I'm hearing it's because the money is in Bitcoin right now, so people are taking it out of their alts. But once they have enough, the alt market will become more attractive and then you will see things getting better there. So patients. I hope.
I even see otherwise, for now, Bitcoin into a coin that is so stable and very capable to be reliable in the future with the presence of this development. so Bitcoin becomes a coin that is very capable to be relied upon. while Altcoin is still increasing and decreasing erratically.

Re: Does Altcoin price depend on BTC or ETH??
by
paul heman
on 25/07/2018, 04:58:23 UTC
Since most of the alt coins are traded with BTC or ETH. SO I think altcoins prie are dependent on the price of this two.
What is your opinion please share.
At the moment yes Altcoins are depending on Bitcoin but soon that will change when the Flippenning occurs,  Altcoins will start to get valued independenlty of Bitcoin and we will begin to see the biggest explosion of the Cryptocurrency market.
all I know is that Altcoin always depends on Bitcoin not on Ethereum because you also know if altcoin price always follow bitcoin movement until now and so now altcoin and bitcoin prices have not come back then from that many people who hold altcoin and wait for altcoin price again stable because if the price returns Bitcoin Altcoin price will also return

Altcoin prices indeed keep abreast of the developments present in Ethereum and Bitcoin. with its development, it is very capable to become a better future in the future. indeed with the presence of an increase in the development that exists in Bitcoin and Ethereum, it makes the spirit for Altcoin to have a high price too.
I deny this opinion. because I see for the development of Bitcoin and Ethereum does not affect the price of Altcoin. the price of Altcoin is fully affected by the development of the Altcoin itself. when its development increases the price of Altcoin will rise. so support is needed to improve the development that is present at Altcoin.

Re: ETH next to BTC?
by
paul heman
on 25/07/2018, 04:51:52 UTC
As we all know, ethereum is in second position under bitcoin. I think ethereum will not be able to replace bitcoin positions, given the price, volume and bitcoin fame is greater.
maybe the future of ethereum will be more than bitcoin.

Yes ethereum is next level of bitcoin. So most of the people use the bitcoin for the future saving and ethurereum also use the future purposes.  So hold the both of coin and wait for the price increase. Then use it. Before buy and sell. you know the price information. So market place is important of the bother coin future process.
the profound capabilities possessed by Ethereum make Ethereum have a pretty good improvement and make it a coin with a fairly expensive price. this triggers Ethereum into a coin that is very capable to be relied upon and generate profits quite big. so the future is great for Ethereum being next for Bitcoin.

Re: What coin do you HOLD in 2018?
by
paul heman
on 25/07/2018, 04:43:37 UTC
Hi,
I created this topic to probe: What coin do you HOLD in 2018?
HOLD from early 2018 to end of 2018.
I HOLD: BTG, ETH and BNB (Each coin about 3k USD), i hope it will be up to 9k each coin ^^
I hold mostly of my bounty coins like atl, deb,efx and few more . I am waiting for the right time to sell as now the price is very low. so maybe when the price is reasonable to sell I will consider selling it but otherwise I will hodl it for long term.
I hold this coin in 2018. I see the development of coins is very capable to increase when we hold it, especially in the long run. so that it becomes a distinct advantage by holding the coins we have for the future progress into a coin that can be worth the future.
this year I hold a lot of coins that I believe to be very reliable coins. with the development that is present in Altcoin that continues to increase, it is very capable to generate substantial profits in the future. like Ethereum, which became the coin that I hold today, it generates considerable profits. so I continue to hold it in the future to gain even greater profits.

crypto is green again, do you thing is good time buy now .

Green is not a good time to buy coins soecialy when you are in short term only but if you realy want to buy in a good time you have to be patience and study first before you start your move.
it's really true what you say, and the exact time is when the market is red again and it's a very good chance to buy lots of coins to make long and short trading if I think
with more and more support being present in the Cryptocurrency market is very capable of bringing Cryptocurrency so powerful and highly capable to be relied on. because indeed the development will greatly affect the future coin and make a much more profitable advantage going forward. so I recommend continuing to support the development of existing Cryptocurrency to generate a strong Cryptocurrency future.

Re: My picks for 2018
by
paul heman
on 22/07/2018, 07:46:32 UTC
My choice in 2018 is still bitcoin. Because I believe in this money is capable of helping me make a lot of money. My goal in investing in electronic money is to make a lot of money. I bought bitcoin and waited for the word to sell.
Eventhough the market of ethereum, has a downfall in, few months still I would like to pick my favorite coin because this is one of the most popular coin like bitcoin that was already taking good profits due to the fluctuation on its prices, I prefer to buy more in ethereum because it seems it has a potential in, this technology.
if seen from the potential of technology developed by ethereum is very good, although ethereum itself has been in the storm that makes the price down very low but will be able to rise again as bitcoin. the right choice for long term investment in ethereum in addition to its affordable price is indeed the prospect for the future will be much better.
having a coin that develops quite rapidly will be very capable to generate far greater profits going forward. seeing the ever-increasing development of coins will be able to make it a much more profitable future. my choice of Altcoin currently falls to
 Ripple
Cardano
Waves.

Re: Coin NEO for a long time?
by
paul heman
on 21/07/2018, 01:35:59 UTC
I think that this is a good choice considering that NEO has almost always been promising for investment. I also have bought some.
once neo is fully decentralized and the upgrade to 3.0 is completed neo is going to be back in the top 5 if not 3 coins, neo has one of the better projects in the market and a long time hodl will pay off, i have been following neo and also hold it since it was AntShares and the future of neo is going to be pretty dope.
NEO is categorized into the coin with the development that continues to increase and have a high price. with its present development bringing the distinct advantage of owning this coin and relying on it to be the main coin. for the long term, this coin is very suitable and very capable of achieving substantial profit in the future.

Re: Really? Next Bitcoin is Litecoin
by
paul heman
on 21/07/2018, 01:21:00 UTC
I don't believe in such rumors. You can't become someone if you have your own personality. Bitcoin will never be replace as it has its own role on crypto. Bitcoin is already the very foundation of every coins. Litecoin will create its own name and will continue to walk the path where it wanted to be.

I agree, bitcoin is always on the top, it can not replace by any coin, maybe some of those coin now are good but they can not replace bitcoin especially now that the price of litecoin and bitcoin are very far away.
I agree with you, replacing bitcoin is very difficult. In my opinion, Litecoin requires a long process and a stable step follows bitcoin. But Litecoin also has a dependence on Bitcoint if bitcoin continues to climb, litecoin will be hard to catch up. Unlike the case if the price of Bitcoin drops.
I do not see so strongly the developments present in Litecoin. to become the next Bitcoin must have a strong development and increase. thereby generating far more profitable gains in the future. I am not so sure that the presence of Litecoin with the usual development is able to make it next for Bitcoin.

Re: ETH vs NEO vs EOS
by
paul heman
on 20/07/2018, 01:29:15 UTC

Which coin or all coins would you choose for your portfolios, and why?

Neo and eth. EOS actually spells out in its white paper that their tokens men's nothing to individuals. I understand they want to change the world and I hope they do; but their white paper sounds like trouble in my opinion. It doesn't assure the investor at all.
Of course and in my opinion ADA was even better than EOS.  In fact, a lot of people are overrated with EOS. They said EOS as ethereum killers and I know that means if EOS raising a lot of ethereum through crowdsale and dump it in the market with cheap rate. That called as ethereum killers by those are overrated with EOS. Never try to invest in the EOS because that's crap. Ethereum never needs a mount worth of billion dollars to develop the smartcontract. EOS totally money grabber from scammers.
for the portfolio I prefer Ethereum. because indeed for the development possessed Ethereum is increasing. so it is very capable of bringing Ethereum into a coin that very able to be relied upon. besides with the increasing level of supporters will be more profitable.

Re: Long-term investment.
by

on 20/07/2018, 01:22:42 UTC
Actually long term investment brings the biggest amount of money. I prefer to invest for a long term rather than sort one.I recommend you take a look at NagriCoin project. It is profitable to invest in real agriculture sector especially when the project has a ready made product -Nagri HL organic fertilizers
Technically, yes it does bring huge profit in the end compared to short term since
The goal of long term investment is to maximize your profit within years time (5-10 years).
But as a long term investor you should be ready for the risks you're taking. "the longer you have to invest your money the bigger the risks you can take". If you're thinking about long term goal like college fund or something, then long term investments may be suitable for you.
investing in long-term will be very capable to generate far greater profits in the future. because the potential development of the next coin is very able to be controlled and generate profits far greater in the future. so it's great to have a much more profitable long-term investment.

I just wanted to  know what are your plans on your cryptocurrency in the future?

Do you plan to keep on investing?
Do you plan to exchange your crypto in fiat and leave crypto?
Will crypto survive?

My plans are very clear i do both short and long term trading.I have been holding my investment for last 8 months still i am in profit from my crypto basket but i am expecting more return over my investment. Now a days market is under dip period and prices are low reasonable to invest in your favorite coins at low rates.I dont have any plan to exchange my crypto with fiat and to leave.Crypto is game of patience.Yup crypto is still surviving despite may govt intruding,FUD, ban etc.
I plan to use Cryptocurrency for trading. because the likelihood of profit I earn through trading is quite large. so it's great to take this opportunity to run the future trading and get a much bigger profit. currently, the level of trading enthusiasts is quite high. so that trading competition is getting tighter.

Hey guys, i want to know your opinin about - if there will be again dump and when is the best time to buy altcoins now?

Suggesting investments to other people is a bad idea, especially when it's something so risky and volatile like crypto. You have to make that decision by yourself and trust your own thoughts and actions. Don't expect everything handed to you on a plate... do your own research.

a market that is undergoing such a rapid growth will bring profits so rapidly and make the market a green one. in addition to making the green market must improve its development so increased and generate far greater profits in the future and produce a green market.
