Why not aim to be listed in coinmarketcap huh? This was an old coin, it should be have enough condition to be listed in there. I wonder why it didn't happen 
PHL is only listed on Crex24 and qTrade. While Crex24 is already listed for some time on CMC they just recently listed qTrade as an exchange. But good idea to try to get listed on CMC now.
You said there is no premine, but why is block 1 having 3.5M coins, which is about 97.6% of your current supply? Also, you don't have the top 100 richlist in your block explorer.
I have mined most of my PHL on the original sha256 chain, still holding most of them. Even I never 100% understood the reason to hardfork with a chain restart, I can confirm that the transaction you point out in your post was just to distribute all coins back to every address holding pre-fork.

So you don't have No Premine, No ICO, No Dev-fee per block, All coins were fairly mined.Hym so where 2580554 coins came from , don't tell me that from mining when it's only 5 coins reward and 36k blocks !
With the X16R fork chain started at block #1 again.
The original chain (sha256 algo) was started around april 2018 (10min blocktime, 50PHL per block). At blockchain height of around #42000 the dev implemented DWG to have a smoother diff retarget. The chain had massive diff spikes caused by Nicehash / ASIC miners. With the implementation of DWG blocktime got reduced to 1min and payout per block to 5 PHL. This was running for sometime until the blockchain reached block #67000. Than the X16R fork happend and it was restarted at blockheight #1.

Stay away from Kraken Coin (KC) - Developer made a hardfork to introduce tiered masternodes. After coin swap was completed he stopped answering in discord, he is still active and deleting every post that talks about tiered masternodes on the Kraken Coin ANN thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3001040).

New Windows miner works fine. The miner on Linux WSL crashed for me every few minutes, windows miner is running smooth for over 2 hours now.

They changed the terms for the bounty program close to when payouts for bounty started. They put a cap of max. 40 APR "per category". They were more than happy before to take all the free promotion and now refuse to payout full bounty.
When I complaint they offered 100 APR instead of 40 which is only 1/13th of what I should have gotten. My hint that they should edit at least all pages where the bounty listed was noticed and they changed the submit form page (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSftmbUgnql9xxW7IR7hFgR7abfEkA9ePEZtG2ytZWTalbikow/viewform) and this ANN thread after our discussion.
I'm not calling out the whole project as scam but its fishy what happens here. DYOR and maybe invest in more honest projects. Screenshots available if anyone is looking for more details.

What I got from the last pages that I have to verify, once again (...), to get some coins back. Now there is some kind of problem for me. I had to change my wallet some time ago and don't have access anymore to the wallet I signed up at bitfunder. I made the wallet change on icedrill.io and got a little payout on CryptoMex with the new wallet address.
How can I claim ownership of my shares with the new address?

Committee work is ongoing; I'd love to share more details on it, and am advocating for a more open process and transparent communication, but it's not up to me what can and can't be made public.
