hi luke

I have been running debug on bfgminer with nf2 and it is still hashing it is just not accepting shares after so long. I put on PC debug and it showed Pool 0: Failed to get recent socket.

The debug log shows its still trying to hash just not accepting shares anymore. Have put the log on the issues page on bfgminer got hub. Am using latest version as always

Hi I see there is support for nf2 and nf6 could you add support for nanofurys devices that are chained together as I have 5 nanofurys chained. And also to set the bit speed of each individual bitfury chip. This is possible in bfgminer

Thanks
Paul

I've added support for NF2 and NF6 into cgminer git master branch. I'm not getting much love out of the NF6 just yet but they may well need so much power that even a regular USB3 port is not enough. The NF2s are behaving very nicely. This is at --nfu-bits 54:

Code:
14: NF2 00001099:                         | 4.670G / 4.655Gh/s WU:    65.2/m
 23: NF2 00000753:                         | 4.447G / 4.509Gh/s WU:    63.6/m

Hi I see there is support for nf2 and nf6 could you add support for nanofurys devices that are chained together as I have 5 nanofurys chained. And also to set the bit speed of each individual bitfury chip. This is possible in bfgminer

Luke is there a bug with bfgminer 3.99.0 as using nf2 on this and when I get a disconnect from the stratum it never reconnects again unless I restart it. Doesn't have this problem with v3.10.0 but this version doesn't support multi chip

Cheers

Santor I dont quite get the syntax on the settings for freq

--freq=850 --gc3355-freq=/dev/ttyACM0:900

Why is freq 850 used then 900

Thanks

On Sandor's cpuminer fork what is the command to set the individual freq of the 5 chips. Have found best freq with auto tune and want to set them permanently now.

Can anyone help

Thanks

Nwools and Luke have you ever tried 15 Nanofurys on Linux as wondering if the drivers are buggy as on the same machine with windows they run fine.

Has anyone managed to get more than 10 nf1 running on a beaglebone black.
It doesn't seem to pick anymore up when I run bfgminer and gets a MCP error
