I think the problem is that nobody is mining nbcoin.
I've started my miner few minutes ago and it hit block 19247.
Is this block visible in Your clients ?

I think Your pool is on forked chain.
Current block at japool.com is 399423. On coinex.pw and my client it's 6265.

There is also something wrong with hash rate. Local rate is 5GH/s, pool rate is 15GH/s, buy there are no others nodes connected.

I'm stuck at 18978 2013-09-09 01:16:19 (UTC). My windows client and linux at block explorer.
Maybe there are no new blocks, since then ?
