Actually, it does. Fraud requires intent, as does illegal misappropriation.
To clarify, this is fraud in the way that all hashlet sales are fraudulent, but I don't see the evidence that he intended to defraud a charity. I don't think there's any additional fraud going on beyond what occurs during an ordinary hashlet sale. I think it's a fuck up followed by an ugly resistance to make up the difference. There were a lot of really incompetent people making a lot of poor decisions (like the entire concept of Paycoin) and making a lot of mistakes. This smells like a fuck up.
I would contend that he showed intent. He knew they sold 48k prior to making the donation. Therefore, when making the donation he unintentionally left out the other 38k?
pormise was made before knowing how much, i thougt we sold 10000 at the time, the promise was tyo donate 10000., read the posts, check the dates u fudding troller
No the promise was to donate 100% to the 9/11 memorial fund. That did not happen.

Little do these brainwashed idiots know that their hero is the real scumbag that goes around threatening people and making statements about wanting to punch his girlfriend in the gut HARD while she is carrying his child.
I know full well thank you.
Apparently, my cleverly disguised barb was too cleverly disguised. I will do better in the future...
3) If we placed the buy wall now, later buyers could exit their positions before early buyers have the opportunity and that defeats the purpose because the whole point of the wall was to help out early buyers.
placing the buy wall, raises the price, which certainly helps early buyers.
I agree that it looks like two characters swordfighting. After doing some googling on sword and shield in video games here is a list of games that probably AREN'T those figures:
The artwork looks naggingly familiar to me as something I played on the C64 in the days of yore (really dating myself here), but I can't quite place it.
I wonder if the figures go along with the background image in some way?
C64 game Aztec Challenge?
