Until then, do some more homework on your investments before you invest and then only invest money that you can afford.

Got into this when it first appeared on cryptopia, turned it around for some quick gains. This is awesome though, looks like a lot of time and effort is really being put into this, although I'm still not sure how the Musiconomi and Music alliance things are working with this project, still though it's nice to see that it's still thriving!

I tried the new image with 8x p106-100 and got 2mh per card. No matter what i do i can't get it to use more than 15W of power. If i unplug all and run just 1 card I got 15mh ish but anything more than 1, hashrate drops down again to 2 with power stuck at 15W even if i overclock and increasd power target to 100+. The exact same setup works flawlessly on Win10 so I am certain that this is on SM OS side. Anyone managed to get it working with multiple p106s?
I run 8xP106-100 and have some problem like you.... but... when i do this:
use winscp login with root/miner1324
edit rc.local
remove # before "bash /root/utils/rclocal.sh &"
reboot
and then run with putty
su miner -c 'bash /root/start.sh'
and now i have 20.9 mh
Total linux noob here >.< mind elaborating further step by step? I've spent 4 hours googling and trying out wincp to no avail
thanksFrom Windows you can do it pretty easy. SCP is just a file transfer over SSH.
1. Download this to a Windows machine and then install it. https://tinyurl.com/sshsimple
2. In the new site on the left put in the local IP address of the SimpleMining.net RIG, like 10.1.10.152. Add the username:miner and password:miner or un: root and pw: miner1234
3. If you can't find the IP you can use an IP scanner to find it on the local network.
4. In WINSCP browse the files to find the rc.local file.
5. Right click to edit the rc.local file.
6. Remove # before "bash /root/utils/rclocal.sh &"
7. Reboot
At this point the miner should be mining if you have your web config updated with the mining settings.

Guys, my pool hardware crashed yesterday and I'm doing manual recovery right now. The pool payouts would be down for some time and you might see some manual transactions coming to your account. I have copied the current pending balances to do the payments. Will update the thread once pool payouts is back up and fully functional.
Edit: Pool payouts re-enabled. Payments would balance out by next round of payment. Happy Mining!

You can see some of those incorrect transactions from today morning ~9:20 AM in the pool payment page. Congrats to those lucky souls who got the bonus pay on this Friday 
Edit: Had to bring down the pool again due to suspicious activity on the pool. Will do the payouts manually soon.

I think dividing the payment in percentages will cause a lot of controversy, in particular the size of the share which will distributed between musicians. And still it is not clear for me how one music coin (pay for stream of listening) will be shared, it isn't indivisible?

hi, just started mining this. i downloaded the windows wallet. whats all that abount coinbase? can i not send my coins to bittrex from this wallet?. it has a send button but i don't have a coinbase account so i don't want to click it ansd lose my coins
Try with a single coin and see if it goes through. Then if yes, do more.

Yes, we are currently at the top. Miners are welcome to try the main pool at http://musicoin.nomnom.technology or any of the other pools to help spread the coin distribution and help out the other pools.

May payout is still pending for almost 32hrs
All payouts have been made, if you have an outstanding balance or issue please email me @ pcmode@gmail.com and I can resolve.
The server has been successfully migrated to a larger datacenter to handle the mining load.
Payouts were not reflecting on the new front end but were being paid out from both databases that had the correct information for payouts.
With any major cutover like we did with this pool we needed to make sure that the calculations for payouts were correct, thus the pause in payouts for the last 24-30 hours while this process took place.
I've worked overtime to make sure that all payments were made properly and if you look at the address here, you can see the actual payouts: http://orbiter.musicoin.org/addr/0xb5e08179a97359f189a07b51478c2ba2fc779cf0
Payout have now resumed every 60 minutes.
