Every block we mine you should be able to pay for as you get rewards so just misunderstood how you can run out of coins? I mine this coin sice many months and now you didn't have any to pay with? I have some in my account balance so i would like to know if i need to switch to another pool as you cannot handle them anymore.

if i update my windows wallet from 95 to 97 will i automaticly keep the coins i had?

The initial price isn't decisive. The only thing that is important is whether the app solves a problem or not. If it does and customers see value in that, then the price can also go up.

D'ont think so... wallet is really unstable still doesn't sync so just wondering how they will deal with app added traffic...

Is this coin listed on coinmarketcap? I see Cypher, but that symbol is CYP, this ANN is showing Cypher as CYR? Did the symbol change, or is it 2 different coins?
It is a different coin. You can check it if you click on announcement on coinmarketcap. It will lead you to the respective thread, which in this case is a different one.
