You'll regret selling this early when the price is 50 satoshi next week.I kind of agree. On the other hand it might not be too bad of an idea to sell a percentage of your total coins. I'm selling a percentage that I will be able to mine back before the next halving. Since there is basically no value established yet, kind of a win win that way.
Excuse some of my words below; I rarely go about saying what I mean to larger groups of people.
So, anyway - I cannot say what happens if EVERYBODY turns greed on, and dumps.
I can't. Nobody can. Truth is - these boards here are rotten with greed and worst shit you can find in people. All grace to the exceptions, but most of people here you wanna just avoid in real life.
So, if we're negative - sure - it'll all go to hell. But then, not just this.
IMHO - coin max number should be extended to about 40 billion. With a hard fork, no harm done if everyone updates wallet. But that's another story.
And yes - that puts early adopters to a bad place, because imagine the riches, but I got news for you - if no support gets started here from community and all we're left with are greedy bastards - coin is fucked and your millions in wallet don't mean a thing.
But the pre-mine stuff? That's just hillarious. Indeed - bitcointalk is not the only place on earth you'd ANN something. Sure, it's biggest, but not only one.
I remember days when there were no shows with releases of coins like they're now. Shows are to increase value, artificially, to market more, to get to the exchange soon and of course - profit. Funny enough, to profit in FIAT; and this is crypto world, right. Shit's gone mad.
So, all that, excuse me, bitching about pre-mine, which technically isn't because there was people mining, not one person - is actually purely because those wanted in sooner, and that's it.
It's late, I wouldn't wanna go further in, but tomorrow we can debate.
I'm a programmer, web kind, can do some stuff for any coin, of course, we'll see.

@topdude: Can you put up the file hashes on your website or general info page so we can verify the client? The initial client I have from yesterday has the same file hashes as the new client on your website.
If anyone has coins on top.hashrapid.com you should probably try to cash out. The pool went offline for about a minute and came back but now its crawling.

@topdude: Since the pools seem to be owned by the same person/people, are they completely separate pools or was top2 added for load balancing?
If an exchange opens and everyone tries to sell top/btc wouldn't the the price plummet?
It doesn't really even have a price, though, without one.
Once the thread grows a bit, a public buy/sell spreadsheet and or trade thread might not be a bad idea until we get on an exchange. Would give us a general ballpark idea of value based on what people are willing to buy/sell/trade for. It would also add to the front page and potentially look better to new comers. It would save a lot of time for people exchanging as they wont have to scroll through the entire main thread for offers. This is just a theory but wouldn't it also cut down on the number of people that will immediately dump as soon as we make it to an official exchange since they could sell beforehand?
Addresses seem to stick now. The wallet.dat from the old wallet imported fine and the coins I managed to mine before I lost my previous addresses are there and confirmed. No more c++ errors. Mining another coin atm, but I might switch back to this one. Good work on the wallet and best of luck with your coin!

When the wallet crashed it took all of my receive addresses with it. Including the address I set for auto payouts on coinmining.pw. So for the last few hours I basically mined for nothing since the pool is paying out to an address I don't have anymore. I backed up my wallet.dat, re downloaded blockchain without luck. Every time I shutdown the wallet it throws tons of c++ runtime library errors. I lose all addresses upon every restart of the wallet. If you need any more info to troubleshoot let me know.

Hey guys awesome coin! I moved away recently to mine/trade another coin and it has been a complete nightmare. Glad to see the coin has been accepted on two exchanges since I left. I really think this coin has a lot going for it, devs seem like honest guys and are quick to help me out on IRC if I have any issues. I will continue to spread the word!

Hello all, I'm new here so I figured I would say hey! I have been mining for a couple of months now and I have been interested in mining new altcoins. I was sent here from a user on IRC so I figured I would check it out. Seems like a great community!
