Market making isn't really manipulation and is generally considered a healthy activity that adds liquidity to a market. The more people competing to make a market, the lower the spread generally is. Which saves both buyers and sellers money.
My mistake,I thought the guy buy and sell around 0,00255, there is hardly spread(from the trade history and the ask).But the guy just buy.
If a guy buy and sell at the same(with really narrow spread) then we have reason to regard this as manipulation(to make up vol to attract attention or something).
But the guy just buy, this is the good thing.....

What about the initial distribution?
10% for JH holders,10%for NXTventure holders,40% in James acc(belongs to James or?),40% in the ask 1 acc(the acc raise money for the project)?
What if the ask1 is sold out?Does it mean the first stage?

The btc protocol can't prevent us from doing that. It's easy to change the client and add some features, such as coindesk already did with its toshi.

There are many "ora millionaires" that keeps buying all the time as far as i know. And i am not sure about market price manipulation, we are not into that if you would notice.
What is ora millionaires? A fake one?has nothing to do with ORA plan?

Heads up, I had to change the minimum donation amount to 5 mBTC to prevent multiple Chinese accounts from exploiting the system.
Last night I saw several purchases made by accounts of the same age that did not follow the application rules (no unique reason as to why they want to participate, let alone a single word) They paid the min amount and got the second share (plus a free one) for each donation. If you have multiple accounts you can game the system pretty good at that price point. Real shame.
I am going to investigate after work tonight, if confirmed I will refund the 1 mBTC donations and remove the accounts from the list. On the flip side, the write a few sentences to qualify seems to be working great for the free distribution
