Wagecan charges high fee Wagecan cards are very expensive compared to other usual wavecrest cards. You can't deposit instantly on your wagecan card (take upto 7 days)
However there is no other options that can work outside Euro zone because wavecrest bought by visa and they changed their terms.
Can you please confirm that you already have a card with them and they do work with non-EU citizens?
I can confirm. But -exchange rate is 1000$ less than on exchanges -You send btc to wagecan account today (let say 15.000 on wage can is 14.000) you get it on your account after 5 day (maybe 5.000$ is exchange course) - you get that 5 .000$ in HKD (hongkong dolars) and in your country you loss additional 20-30% exchange rate

I have to apologies. It was my fault. Actually I received confirmation mail on other (old) mail address, which I completely forgot. Again, my apologies
Dealt with xapo, wirexapp, cryptopay all good services but didn't find a solution yet for non EU residents.
So far only found wagecan gold card works which cost ~170$$
Any fresh experience about wagecan would be appreciated
Wagecan sends the card by DHL, which helps explain the high price. They offer no cheaper snail-mail delivery option though. While the card arrives quickly enough, Wagecan seems to take a VERY long time (many days!) to load it. This is quite a shock if you're used to the Wavecrest model (now unavailable outside Europe) of real-time card loading.
Another Hong Kong-based provider is anxpro.com - they seem to take a very long time to authorize/validate new customers, much longer than the "2 working days" mentioned on their site.
The whole debit card industry is in disarray since the Wavecrest rule-change. I assume it is not coincidence, but it's hard to know what is going on.
Wagecan is expensive (about 160$). Exchange rate terrible. When BTC rate is 14.000 they calculate 13.000. Beside, they give you HKD on account. When you change it, you lose very much
I got twice automatic answer and since that time nothing. I try 8 time to withdraw. Nothing. First time 9.12.2017.
Since you've been waiting for so long, try sending a private message to this user Bitstamp-Domen on reddit with your concern, user ID and ticket number if you have. He is actively replying to those who have issues in the site including email confirmation, withdrawal, and deposits. He might be able to help you.
Thanks for the tip. I m going to send a message.
P.S:It is not about withdrawal only but about confirmation mail (withdrawal verification). It is strange that confirmation mail regarding help ticketing is working, but I never got real answer concerning this issue
