My staking does not work correctly. For this month (February) there are only 2 transactions with the status "mined" (while in the wallet it is written: "Expected time to earn reward is 2 (or 3, or 4) days"). This is not normal, is it? How can this be remedied, what to look for? I would be grateful for the answer.
Looks like a general problem or? Havent got rewarded since 4 days

Hi, do you know when we can again mine DP via digitaltrip.win?
There is really no ETA for that, we have people asking to host masternodes and we have to fix our masternode rating system. This is really more important for the coin itself, but the game will get fixed sooner or later.

i had my coin in my wallet for 2-3 days it still says my coins are not matured. my wallet is unlocked for staking. what am i missing? can anyone help?
The same for me. My coins are already two days in my wallet. Unlocked but they dont mature

Hi, does the DigitalTrip-Game still work? After transmitting my wallet-id, I keep getting the message: "TRANSACTION DENIED. IT SEEMS LIKE YOU TRIED TO CHEAT"

Hi, yes we are aware of that issue, we are currently working on our masternode hosting to add more coins, once thats been done we will look into digitaltrip.

My Bytecoins and Moneros where withdrawn without permission. I wrote the support and they replied:

Thank you for the provided information. We have investigated the problem. There was a withdrawal made from your account, you can check it on your Dashboard as well. According to the activity history, it seems that your account was compromised.
Although as the person who took your money had withdrawn it to an external wallet, unfortunately, there is no way for us to retrieve the crypto coins. IP address is quite useless to investigate, as it is unique on the system, the hacker's changing it.
Please be very attentive to the security of your account, as you would to the security of your bank account. Never use the same password that you have already used for any other service and do not click on 'Change password' links that may arrive to your mail if you haven't asked for a password reset. Also please avoid installing the applications on computers which you cannot control, as your account may become a subject to malicious activity in such case.
We also strongly recommend to enable 2-step verification for your account, you can do it in your Dashboard> Profile. Here is a tutorial that might help you if you experience any difficulties https://minergate.com/blog/secure-your-coins/
Another option is email confirmation for the withdrawals. Each time a transfer or withdrawal attempt is made, you will need to confirm it via email. It can also be enabled in your profile on the website.
We are very sorry that this happened to you on our pool. We stand against scammers and hackers and manage MinerGate as a platform where anybody can make profit with their hardware, not scammy activity.

The "funny" thing is guessing my PW is nearly impossible because i NEVER use the same PW on different services So how can this happen? So i think that somebody inside Minergate or Minergate itself stole my Coins.
Let me know if there are others with the same story

Looks like there's been a lot of people who are claiming the same thing recently. Could it be that minergate are the ones withdrawing? I find it hard to believe that all the accounts have been compromised through sheer guessing the password.
Thats my thought. Its (nearly) impossible to guess my PW because i use a combination of my password and the Servicename in it in a complex combination Its very fishy

DONT USE MINERGATE!!!!!!!!!!! I got an unauthorized withdraw as well. Wrote the support and they replied that my password must be stolen. This is nearly impossible. I use an extra password for every service i use online. So i think that Minergate itself or a Minergate employee stole my coins
