Why can't they list it on Bittrex or Binance? They had a great ICO and made millions of dollars. Can they not spend a couple of BTC's to get this listed on bigger exchanges?

That is not real IGNIS. It is Ignis future.
I never used Hitbtc before, but I believe you can't deposit Ignis there.
Also, if you held Nxt in Hitbtc during snapshot, you haven't got Ignis yet.

It's not "futures" and no I don't hold nxt there...
The one traded on HitBtc is futures and not Ignis token. And deposits are not really allowed for that. If you try it on HitBtc you'll understand. Get your facts right mate.

Sia is a buy under 200 sats. This will definitely reach to previous highs in Q1 2018. We can expect at least 4x from the current levels.
