Did anyone really get burned byin YaCoin?

I'm seeing lots of posts regarding people getting burned by YaCoin, saying that it is stealing their BTC. Example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=202110.0 

Did anyone here actually get burned by this? I am not seeing any real evidence.
