This is all that shows up when I access the drive with the M.2 to USB adapter.

Does this look right for what should show up? Does it look like anything is missing?

Help retrieve wallet data

I was installed AutoCAD on my laptop. At the end of installation, it went to restart. A Windows update started during this restart, and it corrupted the boot drive. There was no recovery or reset that worked.

The laptop has two drives. An M.2 SSD boot drive that help the OS. Then a 2.5" standard drive that was used for storage. I took the M.2 drive out, and put it into an M.2 to USB adapter. I can not find any of the OS files on this SSD. I turned on viewing of hidden files, but still nothing that remotely looks like usable data can be found.

I had my RVN being mined to the wallet on this laptop, and I'm assuming there is no way to recover that wallet keys without getting to the AppData folder that the QT wallet saves to. Can anyone help me with if there is another way to get to this wallet, or if there is a way to read this SSD?

it is quite obvious that the project is part-time in this phase...like vertcoin or viacoin...but 99% of people do not understand it...the important thing is that people who understand it are securing a part of this "lottery ticket" and the rest of the people who stayed out will be screwed as usual...
I've been thinking that since I started to mine this coin. I like the idea of low supply and incredibly fast transactions. More bang for your buck per coin.

Hello everyone!
Unbelievable, in this coin authors converted ASIC "resistant" algorithm x16r to ASIC-friendly algorithm x16s !

Can you provide a link to this info somewhere? Thanks.

It is easy to fit 16 algs into silicon and just switch datapath between them, but it is difficult to fit multiple copies of each of 16 algorithms.
I mean, you speak of the ease, so I assume you have done this already or know someone who has?

Unless you can provide concrete proof this can or has been done, your statement is about as good as your English.

I started to stock up on Electroneum (ETN) now. The idea behind the project, leveraging mobile devices, and the really well planned out mobile app have me hoping this coin will actually make some progress in the future. Everything is there is a fairly easy real world use.

The "mobile mining" feature that is built right into the app is a nice touch, although who knows how useful it will be once a lot of people are doing it and the difficulty skyrockets.

Whats the point of another fork? We have already enough privacy coins. BTCP will be for noobs, because it will be cheap and it has BTC and privacy in name.
And why ZCL support this fork? After the fork everyone will dump ZCL..

I think that's just it, though. It has Bitcoin in the name. Brings in a lot of attention just because of that.

Re: [$XVG] VERGE [POW][MultiAlgo][BLACKHOLE][Entire Line of TOR/i2P Resources]

I'm a Verge fan, but unfortunately, tonight I had to dump.

Wraith is not working.

Here's a list of bugs that I've encounter:
- Impossible to create a Stealth address with the User Interface
- Creation needs to be done by command window, and the size is weird, too big for small screens.
- When restarting the program, all Stealth Addresses are gone, lost and damned.
- Dumpprivkey doesn't work with Stealth Addresses
- Mac OS wallet is incomplete, users need to run brew install boost with terminal
- Windows Wallet doesn't accept addresses with more than 34 characters, so no transaction from this QT.

As the User Interface creates some regular Addresses instead of Stealth, users thinks they're using Wraith. And they're not.

Not sure how many characters the Stealth Addresses have ? IMO 102 but not sure as there is no information.

Plus, releasing a Software where people will hodl money without being sure that the private keys are safe is not professional.
We can't even backup the private keys  Shocked
The more surprised I'm seeing the price stability today... bought at 60 Satoshi and actually don't see any reason to sell.
Although I'm new to the trading of coins, I keep watching the XVG graph and the results are fairly predictable up to this point. There is a jump, a slight dive, some waves, and then an evening out at a mid range, if not a little higher than previous "lull"

It's almost like you can read the people.

First a group hops on, people see the price jumping, sell at a high point, get lots of people to follow, then misinterpreted as a bailout, then people buy low, then goes back to normal. I'm not sure if this is normal across other coins, but I see no reason to dump my small pile yet.

I've been following Verge for about 1-2 weeks now. I only have 1430 at the moment. Bought all at different times between $0.11 and $0.17 - no real order or timing. Just when I had funds to throw at the exchange.

I'm not completely uneducated on the product, but I am nowhere near an expert. I like the promises behind this coin. I like the community behind this coin. I feel like there can be great strides made. I have much more to learn, and I plan on doing just that.

I am done with depositing outside money into my exchange, so now it is just based off small gains here and there. Follow the curve and up gain 10-30 coins every now and then. No it's not a lot, but at least I am going in the right direction. By no means is this a get rich quick scheme for me, although in a perfect world a return on investment would be nice.
