I would love to see an "Exchanges" section on the OP listing all current exchanges supporting rt2 and the voting links to other exchanges that have yet to add rt2.

PANDA did not copy PAND's logo or is trying to impersonate it.  It is honest about the reuse of the name, wolong is named after a panda reserve in China, so he has a real good reason why he chose that name.  PND on the other hand does not, they only named it to confuse people, as evident by the theft of the logo.

Also PANDA is making 4x the profit doge was making a week ago for miners due to the demand wolong is creating in China.  PND on the other hand is making jack squat.  You care about profits current and future? Mine/buy PANDA, you care to lose your investment joining the tolling wagon on one of the 3 alternate fake panda coins that will not be going anywhere?  Mine/Buy PND.

Heck, even the guys on this thread are not even mining their own coin (read the last couple of pages), this coin was not created to make profit.  Its community is full of hateful spiteful brats intent in destroying another coin.  Run for your life.

There is one coin that is the most profitable coin to mine in the crypto scene right now, created and managed by wolong.  Whatever your opinion of him is, he is a proven rainmaker with a stake on the success of his coin.  Then there are the copycat coins whose entire purpose to exist is to confuse people who are trying to buy/mine PANDA because they have issues with the PANDA IPO, and are basically wasting everyone's time and money.  You choose.

One thing is refusing to mine/buy a coin which you find risk in.  Quite another is to proactively set out to undermine it and everyone who wishes to make a profit off it, and becoming a worse evil than the perceived evil you are riling against.  These copycat coins are wasting peoples time and money, much more so than that 3% IPO which has been transparent and has yet to break from its promises.  

You mining MINT instead of PND is very telling.  It means you don't believe in this coin at all.  Why would you, its only a scam copycat coin after all.

If you say it enough times it becomes true right? sigh...  I can offer one alternative, this coin was created to disrupt PANDA, it stole its logo which is an easy way to gauge how serious it is, its followers care less about the success of the coin than to fuck over PANDA, and it probably wont get into an exchange to save its life.  It is basically wasting everybodys time.

I'm not a wolong shill, nor do I follow him.  The only reason I have an opinion is due to the way you guys are acting.  Whatever you may think of wolong, from what I've read, he gets things done.  Currently PANDA is the most profitable coin to mine, which is why iim mining it.  You guys are trying to messing up a good thing for hateful spiteful reasons.

If it was a legit alternative, it would be named something else not panda. and it wouldn't have stole the PANDA logo.  4chan even announced they would release a 3rd coin for this very purpose.  This is clearly a scam coin meant to confuse people.  Any respectable miner would stay away from this on principle.

Thanks guys.  Nope they didn't tell me of any smell, not 100% sure but they woulda told me if there was burnt smell.  

Had them order another set of cards and a new mobo as well.  The rig needs the cards anyways and the mobo they can use on their next rig if both are still good.  Hoping its the mobo, taking a $700 loss on the cards would really hurt.

I was helping someone set up their rig remotely through skype.  It was a two day session.  Seems between the first day and second day they unplugged the powered risers by mistake and plugged them back randomly on the mobo, like so:

Not knowing they had done this, I went ahead and had them turn on the machine and of course nothing was showing on the monitor.  While troubleshooting I realized their mistake and had them place the risers on the proper places, but nothing on the monitor.  Had them take out the ram and place it back to make sure it wasn't a ram problem.  Had them plug just once card on the mobo directly, sans-riser, and still nothing.  Had them try the other card, and same thing.  The mobo lights up when plugged, when turned on the cpu fan turns on and the led display showing temps also lights up as if everything was good, but nothing on the monitor.

Could it be that they blew both cards by plugging them in the wrong place?  or could the motherboard have blown somehow?  Any of this possible or maybe could it be something else?

Hmm, true.  Two of my cards weren't showing up at all.  Once I did this they did show up but only one was working under windows, the other always had an error in Device Manager.  I did tests swapping out extender cables and moving cards in different places, and always when I had 6 on, only 5 would work.  I could remove any one of the 6 cards and the other 5 always worked so I concluded that it wasn't a hardware error.  Switching to Linux was the only way I was able to get that 6th card to work.

I went through the same mission with that motherboard.  After weeks of hairpulling I came across the solution.  You need to do this to the two slots marked PCIEX8.
