I would have suggest you invest in ETH but since you do not have enough capital and you only want to invest in altcoins under $1; I suggest you can go for Hero coin, Matrix AI, Helbiz , Ripple and XLM. If you can buy AMD invest in one or all of those altcoins I mentioned, just hold them and you will be profited hugely at the long run of long term investment.

I do not agree with you that ETH will drop to as low as $50. It is still around $295 now and the market is showing a bit hope of surviving soon. So ETH can never go down as low as that before the market survives. The low price of ETH is just down to market decline and very soon ETH will reach $1,500 as predicted once the market comes out of decline.

This is of no doubt, bitcoin will forever take its leadership in the crypto market. So bitcoin will be the winner of this year over ethereum. The market is going down and down everyday ,leading to drop in the prices of all coins; same as bitcoin and ethereum. If you look the rate at which ethereum is dropping g in price, you will see that it will be hard for it to reach bitcoin price level again this year. Bitcoin price too is going down but it has a price dropping stability more than ethereum. Bitcoin is around $6,300 now while ethereum is around $374 , you can see that ethereum is very cheap to it. Bitcoin will still surely reach $30,000 before the year ends, whereas ethereum cannot reach more than $15,000 by then. So bitcoin will surely be the winner of this year, it will maintain its leadership in the crypto market.

Bitcoin is known as the first and the best crypto currency while ethereum is considered the second best crypto coin. Bitcoin has been in existence before ethereum and it has gained enough trust and popularity among users to the extent that it is the most invested in coin in the crypto world. Ethereum too has gain a lot of popularity recently due to its possession of smart base contract functionality used by many ICOs. So both coins has a great tenancy , just that bitcoin is the best between the two. When considering their price, you will see that bitcoin is of the highest price while ethereum price is cheap. So high price increasing rate of bitcoin every year has make it a darling Among investors to the extent that majority of investors considers bitcoin first when they want to invest in crypto currency. So bitcoin is the best of the two.

Buying bitcoin currently now is a good idea. We are getting close to the fourth quarter of the year 2018 and bitcoin price might start increasing again soon. So it will be good idea from you to buy BTC now that it is still on a low price. So buy BTC now and sell it when its price rises again so as to make huge amount of profit. BTC is still around $6,800 now and it will surely reach $30,000 by year 2018 end. So you can see it will be a huge lot of profit if you buy it now and sell it by then. BTC is worth investing on any time any day as long as you have capital to buy it.

I think now is the best opportunity for you to buy ETH. ETH is relatively cheap in price now due to decline in crypto market. So I think you should buy it now because bull market will soon come, when the prices of coins will start increasing again. So buy ETH on a very low price now and sell it later when the market survives. The price of ETH is around $370 now and I suggest you still even wait a bit if you can because its price will still go down as low as $150. Just know that this is the perfect time for you to buy and invest in ETH.

Long time holding investment is a very good thing when dealing with crypto currencies. There are some coins that has there price being on a low at a particular time but if one can be patience enough by holding for a long time, there's probability that the coin price will increase very high in the future and that will be a great and huge profit if you sell the coin by then. Long time holding is not advisable to be practiced on so many coins, the best coins you can hold for a long time is bitcoin and ethereum because they have a great future and they will be highly rewarding later if hold for a long time. So long time holding is a very smart thing to do.

Ethereum price going up and down is just because of the market that is going down and down everyday and same is applied to 95% of all other coins too, it is not ethereum alone that has its price going up and down; bitcoin price has been going up and down too. So ethereum is not officially dead, its price going down is just because of the market dip state. When the market survives and comes out dip, ethereum price will increase higher again and it will be stable in its yielding price.
