Weekly Update:
I decided to use Bootstrap (CSS library from Twitter) and JQuery for the HTML5 instead of Footable like Shadow. Also, Shadow uses xHTML, not HTML5 and I was having issues re-adjusting. I also used AdminLTE as a bootstrap template. You can see the template preview and what it can do without much coding here: https://almsaeedstudio.com/AdminLTE

I am not sure how you would resolve a public key (likely stealth pubkey) to a real person. How does this compromise anonymity more than any other form of crypto?
First.. I apologize to everyone else (but the troll) for my anger, I shouldn't let trolls create anger, its what they want.
I'm guessing the way that could be linked is when you're using clearnet and you can see your IP on irc, could be linked through what's called "coincidental occurrence"
ie. watching what IP is active at certain times when transactions happen, plus if they are a seller they could guesstimate a link between IP and the transaction.
This is just my best guess of the process someone might use.

Hmmm weird the chart to me looks like the price has doubled since the EPIC dump happened the other day not that it has crashed more mate? I think maybe you might be just looking to get a rise out of people possibly? Cause I know it was at like 3k the other day and it's over 6k right now so that don't seem to me like market crashed mate

They have not released the new Shadowcoin wallet code yet, but find nothing wrong with porting their code. Since they are using the MIT license, it is perfectly legal/okay/acceptable to use their code in any way. Most alt-coins are > 80% bitcoin code with pieces of other alts. I think this is great for the evolution of crypto software.
Unlike Sling, Shadowcoin has not released a working decentralized market yet. Maybe they copied the Sling code to implement their marketplace.

The Shadow devs are talented and conscientious and take great pride in their work. And the clowns behind this cynical failed pump and dump attempt know it only too well, which is why they're desperately trying to exit before the ShadowMarket drops and destroys any lingering hopes they have of suckering people into buying their bags.
Sorry if you got suckered into this. They'd drown their own mothers if they thought it'd make them a quick buck. I don't think anyone's saying they're not allowed to use the code (it's open source after all). But what I'm saying at least is that instead of getting greedy, the crew behind this should have put the funds and efforts into supporting the Shadow developers whose work they've no doubt profited from already.

The intention of this coin is to provide profit, but what people apparantly don't get is that the market is a zero sum game. Meaning that someone has to lose money in order for someone else to gain money. Thus profits can not be guaranteed to every participant.

Ok, well, I watch plenty of last releases, and I say we have to stop it, and if someone wants to launch new coins, have new functionality ready and don't use newbie account, prove who you are or GTFO.
Because every newbie, and I don't mean newbie dev account but new person in crypto, who will be burned on this rubbish, which those groups are doing now wont return to crypto and will cause bad publicity for it everywhere he can.
In long term, even we can move in those muddy waters, it is not good for us in the end, because public crypto acceptance is pushed more and more into the future and the ideas of "Satoshi Nakamoto" gets destroyed on the way.
We should not accept this behaviour any more and clear the crypto-scene by ignoring the people involved in that.

Well, I`m not going analyse the code to confirm if it is totally unique, but there are coins with DM in various stages, so I don't know, if some of that was used and put together from other ones.
Even this dev may be working on something in other coin and pure purpose here was to test something.
Coin devs from these groups instead of testing the code on testnet simply put out the code as new coin, get some profit from it, let it die.
I paid interest to many new altcoins in past, as I truly believed in crypto and good intensions, but now I know that most is scam based on those scenarios.

The most needed functionality is a marketplace rating/reputation system for sellers and buyers implemented on a public blockchain. Next, the marketplace categories should be maintained by a consensus vote and the protocol should not allow end users to add categories (it is currently a mess and this drives users away). The third task would be to implement an HTML5/JavaScript UI like Shadowcoin and Twister. An HTML5 front-end would give the marketplace a better look/feel and allow others to enhance the front-end without writing C++ code.
I will need the community's help coming up with the specifications for a public blockchain marketplace rating/reputation system.
After reviewing the SLING code, I am going to convert the UI to HTML5 as my first task. The marketplace/reputation UI will not scale with the current Qt application architecture. After that, I will work on the reputation system. I think at least one mobile platform should be supported so I will work on an Android version but that would be the fourth task. I will need the community's help coming up with the specifications for a public blockchain marketplace rating/reputation system.
