So ive seen that the ZEC price keeps falling with a couple of intermitent increases. Whats your opinions on whats going on? Judging by the amount ive read about people mining it i find it surprising that its still falling, I wouldve thought it would be pretty stable,if not growing steadily.
what the hell you mean by "keeps falling" ? look where it was 12 days ago or is that ancient history already ?
I also have the same question... I looked at the chart and did not see how it keeps falling

Re: [ANN][NO ICO] HumanitaryCoin - Transform the World | CPU Mining | No Pre-Mine
Hi, a few minutes ago I had problems with daemon, log says:

I tryed to restart daemon but I had the same error, finally I delete content data of /.humanitarycoin# >> ((blockchainindices.dat blockindexes.dat blockscache.dat blocks.dat p2pstate.bin poolstate.bin)) and make a clean syncronization,.... now works fine again...
Any ideas about why it happens?
Tried to install it to my linux machine, and I also faced same problem as you did, then I performed deletion as you stated, problem solved. But I also have no idea why

If I'm not mistaken, you must connect all risers with same PSU that you connected to mobo. Second PSU to power some GPUs only.

Re: Can somebody explain this mining profit spike?
Well if you check the price history for ethereum you'll find that before March 11 the price range was in $20 and then in the rest of March and April the price was more than the double. The spike got up from $20 to $50 and stayed in $40 - $45 for some time.
I'm not sure if this is the direct reason or not because nothing else makes sense to me. Looking at the difficult at that time, there was no difficulty drop or anything similar so the only thing that would just more earnings would be the price increase of it while btc stayed almost same at the time with not that huge diff. increase (in the range).
Yes, the main reason is because of the price of ETH rised within the period. But why do you ask so late, it was 6 months ago...

Interesting topic, currently most votes are HODL, I will keep an eye on this thread, I'm curious on ICO buyer action after ICO too. Waiting for more samples in the vote
There are a few hard drive mining coins such as burst and storj. But the ROI is too little, not quite worth unless you already have some free hard drives to use.

I used both, and Ubuntu is better and much stable compared to Windows in mining rig, but it requires some configurations to OC your GPU, it is not as easy as Windows by using Afterburner or other utilities.

Re: WHY NEWBIES KEEP ASKING THE SAME QUESTION " ITS TO LATE TO START MINING ?

Since they asked such question, then they must be comparing mining profits 3 months ago. So, they should not be real "Newbies" actually, they know how to calculate...
This is why I was selling this version to only 2 buyers, so they can have profit too. If I won't find the second buyer, I will release a public free version in about 1 month, so first buyer will have time to make some profit.
So, do you mean that buyer who paid 0.5btc actually is kind of one month subscription? Then only big miners worth to do so... All the best to you to get second buyer.
According to profit calculator at https://minergate.com/calculator/cryptonote, seems like aeon is not that good in profit, if you do not want to mine XMR, then second choice should be ByteCoin.
I could not find a bytecoin pool.
I have been using minergate for more than 2 years on and off mining ByteCoin. You may try it:
Do not go with any MSI motherboard, I unfortunately learned the hard way and after spending a couple days trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with my machine (PSU, risers, GPUs, etc...), slowly learned that there are LOTS of people in the mining community who have issues with majority of MSI boards, which was unfortunate because I was originally recommended this board..
Anyways, I'm trying out these 2 now.. Both were recommend to me from several miners.. ASRock tends to be a very popular brand, but these are what I went with
I haven't used the ASRock mobos yet but they are being delivered today, I can report back later tonight after I have everything setup if you'd like.. or send me a message
Thanks for your valuable info, I never knew that MSI mobo is bad for mining. I would like to try asrock 13 gpu model on my next mining rig too, please do share us your experience with it, thanks
