This is a typical thing in any market. A panic sell is quite normal, and a recovery usually always follows. You'll always see action from panic trading, that's where the money is to be made for the level minded players.
Big whales can't cashout without dropping the price to single digits. The market isn't large enough to offset significant sell offs. You'd have to sell coins at a slow trickle for months and months to safely cashout.
How does this make me a scammer?

I'm not knocking the amount. I have even lent you the bitcoin interest-free if someone else hadn't already. But just don't think this builds up a whole lot of reputation for you to start asking for 10 and 50 BTC loans after you've repaid a 20 cent loan.

Ok I emailed them saying i did NOT want to talk to a supervisor and gave them my dwolla ID.
That seemed to have worked because about 15 minutes later i got a email back saying that my order is now payed for and i should receive my btc in a few hours
