I checked regalcoin today and I must say that you are right, this is a scam, facebook have been deleted on Twitter saying that this is a scam. Regalcoin's page does not work properly - Staking has error. No response from technical support on the technical support form. Looks like there is no one there, they have fled with cash, and left the rest for the gullible.
