I had the same issues. Uploaded documents to be told there was an error and to upload again, but without the option to do so. Sent them a support ticket 3 days ago. Haven't heard anything back on the ticket, but checked today and my account has now been approved for enhanced verification and 100BTC a day withdrawal limit.
Have patience my friends.
I had the same exact problem, submitted my documents via the support system 3 days ago, just logged in to find my account set to enhanced and all is well.
can people not just say fuck bittrex my account is disabled. i want to know how old these accounts are and what country you are accessing it from. i dont think making a thousand new btctalk accounts and saying that they suck will help the cause. i am seriously concerned with this because i have an enhanced account and want to figure this out with everyone else.
2 month old basic account from the States. Disabled, uploaded documents per their request, documents rejected without any given reason, told to resubmit documents, form to resubmit does not load. At this point I am at a loss. 1500 in Neo stuck in Bittrex.
I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt. All I am saying is that the key I received didn't work. Whatever, its a $1.00, not gonna get too bent out of shape about it.
