So if someone swep their coins, they might also swept someone coins. Double funding Private key.
So so many mistake were done.
I still say that it's not a scam type, It mostly shady work , rushing.

Do not under any circumstances stake any btc on ( BTCitcoin Attack - A Cryptocurrency story BOok) or any other item from MrCryptHodl . mistake on private key were done( mismatch public address with PK) . At the moment the other negative tags on RC have been changed to neutral, going to leave mine as a warning for the moment.
Let's be honest its not going to matter since I don't think anyone is going to be buying anything funded or even with keys they generated for a while.
Once it looks like the majority of the people who lost their funds are paid back at least what they lost I will change it. But for now between the
1) Mistake with the key generation

raritycheck --> Have you attempted to reach out to the people who have not contacted you yet about this who have the coins? Email / PMs / even a letter though the post office if you have no other way of contacting them since you did ship them a coin you should have their address?

I believe he is referring to the 5,000 Bits Bitcoin Savings Bond, which were issued in shrink wrapped packs of some quantity (5 I think). This was supposed to be a less expensive version of the satoshi note. The encrypted private key is in clear text, and the password is behind some sort of sticker or scratch off material. I can understand why someone might have trouble with this. The paper quality is probably not good enough to withstand something abrasive to remove whatever is covering the key. Might require a razor blade instead?

Thas affirmative. this is it . not only the paper quality issue. i have seen really worse paper quality. the major issue with this paper note .: scrath off label . too soft ., greasy , try to redeem this bill using a coin, dime, cent. and let us know the result
If anyone has a papersafe" bitcoin saving bond to spare, try to redeem it. even thought that its not funded. just wanaa make sure . that i am the only one affected. 
Did you try reaching out to BG4?
Has not posted but he has been online in the past couple of days.

Question, just thinking about it (No I do not make keys, but did help BG4 with his node.js code on the 2.0 release of his Papersafe software for the Bitcoin Bonds, so not a stranger to vanitygen etc) - How do you all wipe your drive/usb/whatever you create keys on? DBAN or something?

Lets talk about Papersafe " aka BITCOIN SAVING BOND. I lost 5,000 bit few months back . compromise NEGATIVE.
this bills come unfunded, I funded with 5000 bit . I try to move it out . since this bill has a scratch off private key , NO F way to scratch i. it suppose to be easy jezzy scratch off. try slowly using a dime, cent, key , other alternative. hologram scratch off toooo soft. I end up ripping the whole paper including private key . idk how to explain it on details , but it has to do with " GRAY SCRATCH OFF MATERIAL " / it wont scratch like it suppose to , in order to reveal PK .
do you still have this? would you be willing to send to me for to look at?
Yes i do, but the private key its long gone, since when i peeled it peel off completely including the papernote

My unsolicited take:
1) MrCyrptoHodl's method of funding/not funding coins is sloppy at best.
2) MrCryptoHodl's customer service dealing with this issue sucks donkey dick.
3) It is still too early to call it a skam, but also too late to bury heads in the sand as if there is no problem with the coins.
i agree with this. Its clear as day what happened. The process of relying on the buyer to reach out for funding was a mistake. Couple that with poor accounting and you end up short. Now hes scrambling to get the funds to load. I believe eventually he will correct this. Were not talking about a crazy ammount of money, so it can be fixed. Hes already stated he wont be selling funded coins. As long as he dosent start swiping coins i stop short of calling him a criminal. Priority one, start funding coins, one at a time if you have too. I agree here, this case its way different than other case on collective. I mean this is not a scam as long as coin are rugged, I would like to stated ,the buyer and seller are responsible.. yes that's right. I mean , we were suppose to get in touch with him once item arrive to destination. took him a while to load my coin , 4-7 days once it arrive to me. why >? no idea. maybe time differential . there were no specific time or lap once the coin arrive to you . like he didn't give you "" you have xxx time to contact me to load it . " I be honest , i don't think he knows which coin he need to load or not to load. since he sold / funded / buyer funded. so this create a bigggg issue. what if everyone's on this chat bought unfunded coin and now , these buyer are pm him to load it and he start loading it unknowing that these coin were buyer funded/ that would be a mess. Am certainly that he might or might not have the btc to load everyone's item and he /she is thinking that each sold item he sell he need to fund those behind. I suggest everyone here to relax and take a deep breath . Nevertheless, i had few coin unfunded and he did funded in fact. I know few fork unfunded and he did funded.
