If the tokens are listed on exchange then it can be sold but some of the projects who will distribute it could take a while since it needs more verification.

It will depends on you because if you want to quickly sell your portfolio if there is a rise in value and it's much quicker. I would recommend using wallet but sometimes its not synchronizing so you need to wait but its much safer using it.

It would best if you will just do your own research since a lot of websites are cannot be trusted. You know, a lot of project manager can just pay them and use their system to manipulate the ratings.
