谁能不能发一个关于cgminer 回显参数的一些说明啊？

用cgminer挖矿，回显 很多参数，我就知道HW是硬件问题 还有很多东西都搞不明白

哪位大神能不能帮忙解答一下？用cgminer挖矿，主要要关注哪些回显的数据才知道挖矿正不正常或者矿池有问题啊？

还有什么share  stale 都是什么意思啊？block呢？
