1. Lack of xmr reserve  or technical problems.

2. yes. bot command /rate will print rate and reserves.
(btw today we do not have large reserves. Therefore, we definitely will not be able to exchange amounts of about 50 BTC at a time. It would be correct to check the reserve before the exchange. )

3. We will work on our reputation. Everyone started at some point.

Service fee 2.8% + 0.0001 btc. Minimum exchange amount: 0.0002 btc. Maximum amount: current xmr reserve.

Send the bot your xmr address. In response, the bot will send our btc address to pay for the exchange.
The received btc, minus the service fee, will be converted to your xmr.
Exchange is carried out at the rate at the time of 1 confirmation of incoming btc transaction. We do not fix the exchange rate.

The exchange is carried out instantly, except for cases of temporary shortage of reserves or technical works.
We do not withhold clients' funds: we either exchange them or, in exceptional cases, make a return to the address from which the funds came to us.

Commands that the bot understands:

• rate : BTC/XMR exchange rate for the current time. The rate does not include the service commission.
• sum [btc/xmr] : Exchange Calculator. Send the bot the amount and the name of the crypto (btc/xmr) and the bot will calculate the counter amount. For example: 0.01b or 5xmr.
• [xmr address] : Send the bot an xmr address. In response, the bot will send a "linked" btc address to pay for the exchange.
• showall : List of xmr addresses and btc addresses bound to them.
• delete : Do not show the list of xmr addresses.

Together with the address to pay for the exchange we send a "letter of guarantee" signed by our gpg key.

Комиссия сервиса 2.8% + 0.0001 btc. Минимальная сумма обмена: 0.0002 btc. Максимальная сумма: текущий резерв xmr.

Отправь боту свой адрес xmr. В ответ бот пришлет наш адрес btc для оплаты обмена.
Поступившие btc, за вычетом комиссии сервиса, будут конвертированы на твой xmr.
Обмен проводится по курсу на момент 1 подтверждения входящей транзации btc. Фиксация курса не осущеcтвляется.

Обмен проводится моментально, кроме случаев временной нехватки резервов или проведения технических работ.
Мы не удерживаем средства клиентов: либо проводим обмен либо, в исключительных случаях, делаем возврат на адрес, с которого средства к нам поступили.

Команды которые понимает бот:
