Yea I picked up a couple at 15k, the whole order didn't get filled which is a bummer, but Im hoping it retreats back to 15k or less in the next week or so and will definitely buy much more if it does.
My wallet took a good hit on the Midasoin though. Glad I was leaning more toward BIG anyway and the profits Ive made with BIG outweigh the MID losses.
And dev, how about an update on the bullion reserve balance? The spreadsheet on the website is almost a month behind.

UNLESS, dev makes an appearance and people's orders get filled. I for one am not optimistic though, and have sold almost my entire position in MID at a huge loss. Im still holding a small amount of coins hoping it turns out to be legit.

The project leader, MidasCoin, is still away on emergency business since 1st October. We're still waiting to hear from him and for him to return. Once he does, we'll update the community further on the situation.

Week after that even MidasAlchemist himself will be in here talking about how he too got scammed.
This thing looked really slick initially, but unfortunately were seeing it for what it was from day one.....SCAM!!!!

Yea...I just tried to order some gold and get to the payment screen:

Anyone still believeing this is "for real" should be scraping every bit of money they have not to mention getting a loan to buy the coins. It is after all "FREE MONEY" now or at least nearly free 
You can buy a $50 credit card for 377.270 coins. On Bittrex you can purchase 355.000 for 0.0255 BTC
looks like you can buy $50 for about $9 what a deal...
If you were to get a signature loan at a bank (highest rate) you would pay about 10%+ interest. So all you would have to do is to get a loan and pay the 10% and make nearly 500% profit !!!! GUARANTEED and backed by a commodity

Just put an order through for a gold bar, will see how it goes and keep you all updated to see if its the real deal. If anyone else got anything from their shop maybe they can share what they ordered and what they got?

Hey guys, I haven't checked in for a while and wanted to see how this coin is doing these days. Still holding strong here to the coins I mined in the beginning hoping to trade them in for some bullion at some point. Any word on when that will happen???
I think there was a 90 day waiting period before you could exchange for gold. Which would be like mid-November if I'm not mistaken.

Don't worry, it's sinking because of me. Everytime i buy DRK, it goes down 40-50% in a 3-days window. Usually it recovers immediately after i sell or in 1-2 weeks max if i HODL. Sorry for the panic created.

I was wondering the same thing? I have quite a bit of MID after today's drop, so I may try and use some it to get some gold and will let the community know the results. I mean if they actually honor it at $0.12 USD, you could practially double your money buying MID on trex and then trading it for gold.
