Total network hash rate has jumped by nearly 10% to over 154Thash/s since last night. Diff estimated to increase to over 18 million by Sunday.

Would really appreciate one of these if you have one spare, if you have one with powerpoint then that would be the cherry on top.  Smiley

And still no sign of Slush, I am concerned that the  captain is missing and ship is adrift. I hope someone can confirm he is ok, but

Is 0.00000058 BTC for 840 shares right? Seems very low to me.
On what block was that? What was the number. I asked you to look that on a statistic page.
It was Block 18056.

This is my log for that round mining at 500MH/s

Having seen how Slush operates, he would normally post something even if it were 'I will look into any issues when I get a moment' kind of post, even when up to his ears in shit when the OVH hack happened and he was working flat out to sort it he still maintained comms.
I hope all is well with him but am a wee bit concerned.

I can't see this as being a good thing, having so much mining power coming online from a single source, even if it is 2 or 3 sources that comprise the majority of the hash power, then all I can see happening in the long term is that bitcoin market could be manipulated as they will become the overwhelming share holders in bitcoins and therefore undermine the whole system.

'realasicminer; on bitminter is running at over 5TH/s, roughly half of the entire pools hash rate, looks like the end is well and truly in sight for the masses using GPU's as the difficulty level is going to rise very rapidly if they continue to bring more asic's online.

I think one of my 7950's is a bit weak Sad I can only reliably keep them all at 1050.  These weren't the best cards just xfx "double d" base models.  They are located in a basement that's around 60f and not in a case still hitting 75c on the top card then a couple degrees lower for the cards.

I have a couple of XFX 7950DD rev3, one will do 1100MHz with no monitor and the other 1025MHz @ 1.030V (default), but monitor drops that by about 70MHz, the rev5  I have will do 1200MHz all day long @1.250V (default) but drinks the juice, mostly run them @ 700MHz where the voltage drops to 0.95, the rev5 (asic 66%) system, 2 cards pulls 250W, the rev3's (asic 87%) x2 pull 330W at 700Mhz.

I just don't get why anybody who has successfully built one would ever sell one as they can make far more from keeping it than they ever would from selling it.
By selling to others they would be making their own machines less profitable, as soon as you have one you would soon be able to afford more.

Currently running 2 x XFX 7950, on Asus CF board and AMD A4 CPU all under clocked (GPU700MHz, MEM 600MHz) and under volts(0.950V) @734 Mhash/s, CGminer.

Total system power draw @734Mhash/s = 330Watts

Default clocks - 850Mhash/s = 450Watts

Flat out but stable, temps 80C, fans screaming,  @1084Mhash/s one card 1150MHz other 1050MHz = 675Watts

Hi all,
I started mining a couple of weeks ago with GUIminer, yesterday morning  I got CGminer up and running and with some tweaking was getting 1.1Ghash/s on a couple of XFX (CG stats) 7950.
As of yesterday afternoon have only been able to briefly connect once and am now getting "stratum from pool 0 detected new block" on http://stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333. It seems others are managing to connect - any advice would be much appreciated.
I'm guessing it is a ddos problem but Slush has posted that all is ok now???

Back up and running, must have been a conf problem as deleted old conf  Smiley
