Here's the screenshot from 04/19 when I first encountered the problem of not being able to withdraw.
http://d.pr/i/aKwj

I can't believe that you're trying to say that this is like in a casino. I have never had somebody just take away all my winnings and then shout out wage things like "Please be fair and admit that you've cheated.". It's a huge scam what fairproof is doing. A casino can't just say you cheated, they have to proof it (the site's name so ironic anyway). They have cameras, they are regulated. So if you're really trying to make it like a casino, try at least to be as professional. You don't have any evidence (cause I didn't cheat), you simply stole my money and think you can away with it.

So after a few emails with the oh so great support I now know following:
"Your account was blocked due to fraudulent behaviour and we can do nothing with it."
According to their terms of services they can block any user that appears to have "fraudulent behaviour". Well this is understandable if somebody cheats, but I didn't, and they can't deliver absolutely no proof. Seems like one big scam, as soon as somebody wins a certain amount they just call it fraudulent behaviour.
As to my account having no funds anymore: "Funds are in your FairProof account only within 30 days after the last activity."
WTF? So by not letting me withdraw I would have had to basically keep gambling?
This just seems like one big joke. Sadly it isn't. The support (that of course doesn't even have a name) is being dead serious and somehow thinks this is a good way to do business.
Sad really, I liked the site, but I advise everybody to stop using the site.
Well, at least if you're planning to win, they only block users that win.

I just looked up the transaction which I used to load up my account:
https://blockchain.info/tx/cf76d16dd9f8bb99f26e5a395496ff04ffaa102cfc13996ecbebb7bcd9e013f5?show_adv=true
http://blockr.io/tx/info/cf76d16dd9f8bb99f26e5a395496ff04ffaa102cfc13996ecbebb7bcd9e013f5
I paid in 0.4BTC and after a bit of gambling I had 1.4BTC (lucky me). I was able to get 0.4 out again, but like I said, 1BTC is blocked.
On blockchain.info it sais 0 confirmations, but blockr.io sais that it's confirmed. May fairproof uses the info from blockchain.info...
Have you heard anything from their customer support?

No, but it's also easter...

Oh, what a good idea Smiley

But I still can't withdraw.
Available balance (6 or more confirmations): 1.004717
And when I type in 1.0 to withdraw it says: No founds
Has somebody else once had such a problem?
You should probably contact customer service. Make sure to screenshot all proof etc that you can use if this becomes a big deal.

Yeah I've done both. Thanks for the tip though.

Your minimal bet NOW is 0.0001btc.
try to win more bitcoins with fairproof

Am I the only one having problems connecting to the website? I just get directed to Default Parallels Plesk Panel page. It happened some time before with CoinAd, but I seemed to be the only one having the issue.

No, I also encounter the same issue. I still have 1 BTC there that I couldn't withdraw earlier. Hope I'll get it soon...
