My friend so that you can get free coins, you need to confirm your account through the kyc verification system and that this system depends on sending some personal documents such as a birth certificate or passport

can you buy crypto on Coinbase without confirming your account through the kyc verification system?

i think overall the best thing to do is to learn and understand the things you are considering investing in, and to take a balances approach.

not 'diversify' above all else, as some suggest, but to have some balance.

fwiw i have XBT alongside Amazon, Alphabet, Newmont and a very cautious fund i'm involved with in the UK.

i've traded, and i believe my account to be verified.
only a few days for the payment, but did you have to wait a long time to be able to 'do the work' to earn the tokens?
i've got "Joined Waitlist" against the four tokens.

earning with dollars?
$152 worth of crypto is worth having.. i guess, if i'm ever given the chance, i'll give each coin some thought, and determine whether i see there is a case for holding. if not, i'll just transfer into xbt.
it's not a lot of money, but it's a useful slice to bag foc.

You need to verify your Coinbase account to earn the altcoins..

as i've bought Bitcoin using my account my account must be verified, right?

⭐ Merited by OgNasty (1)
i primarily use a different exchange, but i have a Coinbase account, and i've bought a little bit of bicoin through them.
i have been waiting for several weeks to be invited to bag some free Altcoins..
is there something i need to do to trigger the site to enable me to click through to get them?

Re: Is Bitcoin price drops is a buying opportunity?
by

i've been buying with pounds, and have nipped in to buy in recent weeks with an average buy price below £7000..
which looks relatively good now. but i want more.. and the truth is no one knows whether i should wait until there's a further opportunity to buy below £7000, or whether i ought to buy right now as it's about to make the (what i believe is) inevitable move updwards. we all want the best 'value' possible, but we won't know until later.

by

on 21/05/2020, 09:00:22 UTC
i have tried several apps to see if i can find one that provides me the info i want to be able to see on my phone..
ideally i would be able to see
Bitcoin in £
Amazon in $
Alphabet in $
so an app that takes in crypto And equities, but ideally that allows customisation too..
anyone any ideas?

Scroll a very bit down after the page loads and you'd find out how that went after the first year. Spoiler: it ended up as a 70% loss Cheesy

i don't get knocking someone for trying something and making a loss..

fwiw i'm a "1. Bitcoin" guy myself. i had a bit of XRP and some ETH.. the lockdown has provided more time than usual to read, listen & think, and i've come to the conclusion that, alongside some other, non-crypto, investments, Bitcoin is the one for me to hold. i'd be open to a gamble on something else, in theory, but as a serious holding, 1. Bitcoin.

Again, this is why bookmarks are important.
Making an error in typing it then just using the google finds everyday could be a large risk when someone mimics the website.
Same goes to where we get our information.
Bookmark those legitimate ones to avoid mistakes.

good advice Smiley.

i haven't heard of anyone requesting a bitcoin bank..  one of the keys to the concept is that there is no bank required.

i don't think we have any reason to believe that it's untrue. but the important this is that it doesn't matter.. it provides the potential upside the day he comes out and says he's taken time to understand it, and has now bought a lot more bitcoin Grin.

as above, bitcoin hasn't Joined anything.. but mainstream institutions building connections with bitcoin can only be good for the future.

sorry, to correct myself.. GUSD not USDC.
thank you for your reply bitmover.
so, if i were to transfer out and pay 0.0004 BTC, at £8000/BTC, that's only £3.20. i could live with that.
the chellenge is that i don't want to pay $25 for uploading pounds>dollars.
