Click on "Token Transfers" menu manually, you will see all your tokens received.

Is there a risk of signing up for airdrops?
If the airdrop form asking your private key, don't fill it. That is scam!
How can I transfer money out to reset the firmware..I am getting transaction failed message. I have my pin but don't have the seed.
Seed was given to you when first time to create a wallet. Need to find it. Do not reset firmware if you don't have your word seeds.
Btw, if you are using ledger HW.1 or ledger nano, if you are losing security card, you still can get new security card from ledger.
... Many wallets (especially ones that use a seed) do not have the capability to store an imported private key, so they "sweep" it instead....

Sometimes airdrop is a free giveaway of coins, based on how many bitcoins in your offline wallets (you have your own private key), by referring on certain block.
Such as bitcore, bitcoin cash...

Bitcore, not bitcoin core.
How can they send coins based on bitcoin addresses? Do they send coins to that same address, but in bitcore, and then one will need to use the same process as eg, when the bitcoin cash split occurred (send btc to a new wallet, use the previous private key to claim bitcoin cash)?
