I'd politely shake his hand and let him know I'd see him in court where the real ass fucking will take place.
I'm not a thug, just want as much of my money back as I can get. Also I want to see his life ruined, but I can't do that without further harming myself so I do it by proxy via the law.

Haven't read this thread in a long time. So all orders have been shipped? You have in-stock miners ready to ship if I want to place an order?
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ARE YOU CRAZY .. they havent replaced any of the fucked up miners they have shipped they never reply to no emails . I shipped back a miner and no one was there to pick it up . lying sack of shits I get no replys from AMT . maybe on the description on your product you should put that you shipped half ass miners 1.2 but if we send you a 300 ghs you can just eat shit .. that bull crap about rma was only giving to a few people so they can look some what good .

Nevertheless, they have failed miserably in providing poor customer relations and non working products.
Can they be charged for 'Federal Wire Fraud'? If they refuse to refund customers, then without a doubt.
Can they declare bankruptcy? I doubt it.

Just called them a little while ago they said we are all involved in the class action law suite and if you want to file for a individual lawsuit you can also do this .

I am going to sue AMT My self at a small claims court I am sick of emailing them 2 to 3 times a day and get no response .. getting my non working boards sent back to me . Because they cant pick them up . Clearly every thing they say is a fuckin lie ..
