Hey everyone!

I just got home from work and I'm back to serve you.

Just saw that new website too.  I won't mention the name.  Kinda bums me out that people don't wanna do their research about our history.  We are one of the few Bitcoin businesses that HAS a history.  Charlie wants to do everything to make you guys happy and feel like you aren't getting scammed.  Issues take time.  We do our best to manage everything.  We are trying even harder to add the right people to staff that understand Bitcoin.  That's not easy.

So do me a favor.  When we solve your issue, post something positive for us on that other site.  Cheesy

We're here...7 days a week...working to help Bitcoin run smooth.  Many of you already know that but have no reason to post in this thread!

Tried to post about my experience on there, but big surprise I was instantly banned for life for attempting to post something that didn't fit with the message they want to convey. Thanks again for the help on my order btw, and still looking forward to BTC-e cash out options *hint hint* =-)

I found this site bitinstantscam.com, I'm going to post how long it took to get my bitcoins once I actuality get them.
I checked out the site, and attempted to post info about a recent order as well as listed my posts from this forum. Since the website banned me for life for attempting to post and considering the error I had was related to me not entering in my transfer number instead of account number I have to say that now I agree with Bitinstant staff who posted there saying http://bitinstantscam.com/ is itself a scam. I ordered twice from bitinstant the very next day and everything went through instantly. If you check over my previous post you will see I was pretty upset....then worried after finding out about the account number error.....then everything was resolved. I have to say the scam website version left a really sour taste in my mouth. If that website is suppose to be for people to be able to discuss info over orders and is suppose to be a legitimate site then I do not see why it permanently bans you for posting something contradictory  to the message they are trying to convey,

Nope, same thing happened to me. Have emailed, attempted to call etc with no luck. Only need the confirmation email myself.

Where did you all find the response code? Was it emailed out? I have tracked my order on their page and didnt find a close to the MTGOX-USD codes. Hopefully I can get them to email me mine...

Mine was in an email sent to me with the subject "Your recent transfer - BitInstant order 58d56464-08cf-48f5-b7fb-17xxxxxxxx"

I did a direct cash deposit at CVS to Mt. Gox account if that matters.

I did a cash transfer from CVS to MtGox also. I never received any emails though so maybe if i can get in touch with support they can send my confirmation email with my APIresponse code =/

I never received an APIResponse code or any emails about my order. The last thing mine says was Order executed - funds deposited at remote exchange. Yet there is no money on Mtgox, no APIresponse code (with MTGOX-USD), no emails about the order and of course no emails from support.

Yea I agree, there should be something listed on the bitinstant website. Im waiting to hear from bitinstant/mtgox myself and will update the thread if i hear anything. Really hoping 503 isnt just lost now

I just had the same issue with entering my Mtgox account number and not the exchange number, does anyone know if it will still go through, or if there is a way to fix it? I have emailed support a ton of times with no answers yet

Any trouble with Bitinstant To MtGox?

I did a transfer earlier for a deposit through CVS>ZipZap>BitInstant>MtGox. However after sending in the payment i have not received any emails about the payment that was sent in (over 4 hours at this point) I was wondering if anyone else was having issues/experiencing delay times. my order number was 378f0711-103b-42d6-b759-15e4e8a3674e The last thing it says is
