well catching perfect investing time is nearly impossible. however, we can make optimal calculation by using a method that has been already widely used in the traditional investing field such as the stock market.

In my opinion, If ICO boom cool down in the future, value of  ethereum would be in a risk but comparatively, Bitcoin are more likely to maintain certain price for several reasons, supply is extremely limited now and symbolic being in crypto world which will help that.

I wouldn't call it a passive income though, it's more of contribution towards the project you believe worth to be highlighted

I also have some NEO in my portfolio, however, even if any altcoin surpasses bitcoin, it would be ethereum. But i see the potential of both NEO and ETH to surpass btc
