新华社武汉1月5日消息，在神农架国家公园的严格保护区内违规建设设施的，处50万元以上100万元以下罚款。这是近日由湖北省第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十一次会议通过的《神农架国家公园保护条例》中的明确规定。
据湖北省人大常委会有关负责人介绍，《神农架国家公园保护条例》旨在规范神农架国家公园管理和服务活动，保护神农架自然生态系统的原真性和完整性，保障国家生态安全，促进生态文明建设。
条例规定，神农架国家公园的保护和管理，应当遵循保护第一、科学规划、分区管理、社会参与、永续发展的原则，严格按照国家相关规定执行。
在神农架国家公园各分区内开展活动，应当遵守下列规定：严格保护区内，禁止建设任何生产经营设施；生态保育区内，允许建设必要的保护和科研监测的建筑物和构筑物，禁止建设生产经营设施；游憩展示区内，经批准允许建设必要的餐饮、游憩、住宿等基础设施，开展参观、旅游等活动，禁止进行大规模开发，禁止建设污染环境、破坏资源和景观的生产经营设施，禁止开展与保护方向不一致的参观、旅游等活动；传统利用区内禁止从事对自然生态系统有影响的生产经营活动。
对于违反规定的，条例指出，除由国家公园管理机构责令停止建设、限期拆除、采取生态修复措施，没收违法所得，还要按照规定予以处罚。
其中，在严格保护区违规建设设施的，处50万元以上100万元以下罚款；在生态保育区建设生产经营设施的，处20万元以上50万元以下罚款；在游憩展示区进行大规模开发或者建设污染环境、破坏资源或者景观的生产经营设施的，处20万元以上100万元以下罚款。
条例自2018年5月1日起施行。

I guess it's getting time to buy some of these coins. I see the price going steady up up up and i don't want to miss that train.It will explode when it can be traded against btc on cryptsy.

It was great while it lasted and it showed us what happens with a coin with a very small block reward;  great research information for the cryptocoin community.
