Do you have any proof or reference which can prove that this site is scam?
I never had problems with them and you just came up with a newbie account shouting "SCAM, SCAM" and you think we will believe you.

It was said that creating multi account is not prohibited to 1xbit, and it seems that the one complaining is caught exploiting some glitches in the system like multi claim of freebies,  that is a good reason for blocking an account but it should be clearly stated in their term so player will not assume that creating a multi account to claim promotion is ok.

The 5 mBTC sports bonus needs to be wagered 4 times, while the casino one held a few weeks ago needed a larger wagering amount. It isn't a 1x rollover for sure. I think your "Turnover Required" progress bar doesn't show the proper amount wagered. Mine shows 479 mBTC (see above screenshot), yet I've wagered more than that.

Again that comes up from the new. I just said that it is unrealistic to wager. I don't need the extra BTC , just pay my remaining balance of 3.5BTC.
