No, not for higher rate I think you should try something else to get your BTC hence this try is not going to happen.
If you'r going to create a new thread in order to sell you'r GC you should first LOCK THIS THREAD, I've seen trolls doing this without letting you know that you should first lock this thread and then create a new one in Digital Goods in order to sell you'r gift card, cause you can't use it twice. For collateral and sell.
