Continuing my previous thread. Not sure if I'm just being paranoid. I just read other people have had the same problem. I have had multiple withdrawals be successful. Now I get hit with KYC which I don't really mind and my withdrawal is stuck for a while. The support just respond with the same cant give an ETA etc. Just to wait. Maybe I'm just paranoid. Just looking for some reassurance. Don't want to scare anyone off Shuffle. ( for now )

Has anybody had problem withdrawing from shuffle? I got hit with KYC and I provided all the info requested. I don't use a VPN. Don't have multiple accounts. My withdrawal is "under review" for 2 weeks. Is  that normal?
