What happen if the 15,000th block has been mined and the Dev/team still disappear?

Lol the DEV wasn't active for 9 days on Bitcointalk. I saw ECT listed on the mining hub but it doesn't seem to be that interesting to mine. What is the estimated price for ECT?

I just do not understand why he/they started this project. The coin did pump yet so with out anything return why wouöd they created this coin?
maybe same dev as walescoin , it seems good in the beginning and after a few days dev leave the thread and abanded his coin without the change to make any profit
it is possible that dev is waiting for some cheap coins before try to pump his shitcoin
