Oh yes, it's strange but I've been trying for the pass hour to connect to zpool, gives a  connection refused. I've tried to ping website using cmd and the connection seems normal (there's returns and all that). Anyone else also experiencing the connection refused?

I'm really not sure what's the problem...(was using 1.7.6 while trying to get the 2.2.1 to work)

Same problem here.

hey guys,

I just started my ltc p2pool server again after taking a break for 6 months.  I upgraded to 13.4-4 and seeing my memory usage creep up to 1gb. I restart P2pool and all is fine. I'm running Python 2.7.2+ on Ubuntu Linux server 11.10.  I cant find anyone lately having the same problem.  Where should I start to solve this?

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to update bitcoind from 8.1 to 8.2 from command line on a ubuntu 11.10 server with a tar file.  I have it extracted  and I run "make -f makefile.unix bitcoind".  It builds the files and I run it but it still shows 8.1 when I do a getinfo.  Any help would be great.

PS

I had a similar issue compiling from the git repository after doing a "pull" of the latest code. Ended up moving the old bitcoin source to another directory and starting with a fresh clone of the Bitcoin source code. I just used "make -f makefile.unix" without bitcoind...seemed to work for me.

All the best with it.

Yep I ended up doing the same thing.  Thanks

If you are sitting behind a router that would likely be why. You need to open ports on your router.

They are forwarded, CanYouSeeMe.org proves that.

Litecoin active connections Is 8 the max?

Is it possible to get more then 8 active connections on Litecoin-qt?  I checked 9333 at CanYouSeeMe.org and it is being forwarded.  I have tried with Map port using UPnP on and off and all I ever get is 8 active connections. The reason I ask is I'm solo mining and if I find a block I want it on the network as soon as I can.

CONCORD Double Edge Razor for 1 BTC shipped to the cont 48.

3 Piece model opens from the top and the blade is placed in between.

This Razor offers the ultimate in double edge affordability and superior construction.

Razor measures approx. 3.7 inches (94 mm). Weight is 1.5 oz. (41 grams).

This razor can be used with all kinds of double edge blades.

A better shave then those triple edged razors.  I use this razor everyday and blades are dirt cheap too.

ok ok  STOP.  I dont want to think about how many frc i could have had if I had been following the release!

But you DO!

That way you know to be ready for the next launch Wink

I'm just lucky that moron "differently-abled thinker" I was debating on resurrecting destroyed bitcoins was pointed at FRC as an example of what he wanted to do. (it didn't help him)

HOLY CRAP 2000 blocks in the first 4 hours 21 mins.

On an average from block 1 to 2000 someone was making 1915 coins/min.  And that is after the 80% taken out.

PS

Change that from "someone" to "all miners" unless you have traced it back to a single address. You would need to determine the number of miners to get the average.

I will change that to "all miners".....But all miners at block 2000 made up a hash rate under 1000 Mh/s.  Looks like one person to me.

Also we got to block 8000 in 1 day 20 hrs and 59mins.  I was close at 2 days.  So the fact still remains that over 50% of all the freicoins found were found in under 2 days.  How is that not a premine?  Why start the difficulty at 1 if it wasn't.
