Their Letter makes me laugh and sizzle with anger:
"As funds dried up, so did the development" - say what? After that plundering ICO they say the funds dried up!?
"From 10+ core developers and multiple contractors at the peak, we now only have 2 core developers and several part-time contractors" - that's where the funds went.
"We spent the last 6 months trying to find a solution. We contemplated shutting down many times, but it would be a shame to have all this work go to waste" - yeah, why shut down, when they can grab the rest of the funds.
"We started looking for people who would breath new life into our project" - Basically helpless and looking for solutions to grab more money.
"With that in mind we decided to NOT give up" - Oh, thank you, that's so noble! Especially after all the funds and time wasted!
"We really need your help. We are not looking for money, just your constructive advice" - They put this emphasis on "not looking for money" cause that's the only thing they had in mind before.
"Dear Community, please put yourselves in our shoes, and help us find a way forward" - Why don't THEY PUT THEMSELVES IN OUR SHOES after all the ICO and mining wasted.
The main point of their message is clear:
"We don't know what to do, please help us. Not with your money, but your help. But money would be nice, cause we spent it all"

Looking at the sell order amounts on TO, hardly any chance for resurrecting it.Whole market cap is 3 BTC, it means at current price you need just 3 BTC to buy it all. What order amounts you are talking about?
The closest competitors are Karbo and Sumo for instance, with $500,000 and $300,000 market cap.
I mean there are people with LOADS of Plura for sale, anyone wants to make them rich? For what purpose?

For Lyra does not need a graft network - it can work on its blockchain and network, on Lyra, you can create tokens on their own blockchain, GRAFT LYRA is not needed.

The prick (krinjah) responsible for this coin is still around here on Bitcointalk (check his activity) so you can ask him.Actually the project is not dead but we suddenly lost all the devs (2 guys) who were supporting the chain in a technical way. They've quit the project or lost interest and dropped their activities. Unfortunately there wasn't much we could do with that. All of these things happened really suddenly. If you think they've dumped the dev-premine, don't worry, this is not the case. All the premined coins are safe. We can ask the original dev (fearofsalt) to show the screenshot of the premine-wallet.
So, to resume, the project is "dead" technically because it's lacking tech-resources to support it. But the idea is not dead. If someone can take over the project tech-wise that'd be great.
You definitely should have posted this a long time ago.
In all this time you could have at least kept the community updated on the shitty state of affairs.
