There is something not right about the issue, I don't know why RBI is not replying to customs for so long. Did the customs really contacted RBI about this or they simply bluffing? My friend's bro is working in customs and he said that if a product stays so long in customs and they wont return or deliver the product. They simply cease it. I am really worried about my shipment, its already 25 days since it has arrived in bangalore customs.

I couldn't file RTI, after filling all the details when I click the Make Payment/Submit button the page simply refreshes and staying in the same page and its not submitting. I have tried with IE and chrome, still same results. Anyone submitted RTI?

I have contacted the local DHL office in my city(Salem, Tamil Nadu) and they spoked to someone in customs clearance department. They told me that RBI have instructed the customs not to clear the products related to bitcoin or cryptocurrencies and they have less chances of clearing the customs and after all the issues if it is cleared they might charge a huge demurrage charges for the delay. These shipments are now under DC control and they require RBI confirmation. I don't know why RBI is doing this, are they are planning to ban other cryptocurrencies and introduce their own cryptocurrency?

Anyone in bangalore if you can kindly meet them in person ask for proper reason. I hope they might respond if we meet them in person.

I ordered 2x APW3+ and 2x APW3++ power supply for Antminer S9 and Antminer L3+ on Jun 22, 2017. The product was shipped via DHL on Aug 21, 2017 and reached bangalore on Aug 23, 2017. From Aug 23, 2017 onwards the product is kept on hold by the bangalore customs for several reasons.

At first the dhl said that the seller(Bitmain) didn't provide proper invoice so the item is kept hold. And asked these details:
Please be informed that the customs has raised a query to provide value proof for clearance, kindly provide us the below mentioned documents for clearance
 
        1.        Manufacturer Global Price List,
        2.        Purchase order (PO) copy, 
        3.        Bank Remittance copy (BRC) along with invoice reference,
        4.        Internet price (As price available India) OR
        5.        Merit Letter (Value enhancement letter).

After that I send them the order details and order paid mail for proof. They took 4 more days to reply and again asked the same thing. I again sent them the order details mail and explaining what the item is.
After that the dhl replied - "There are query from the customs. Please produce   proper invoice with invoice no, sign and payment terms, require technical writ up & enduse & value proof for both shipments for further clearance process."

I asked bitmain for proper invoice and again mailed the dhl with the brief description of the power supply and its enduse. Our customer friendly bitmain replied with the invoice after 7 days.
After that the dhl replied - "We are pleased to inform subjected shipment Bill of Entry [BOE] undergoing Customs Assessment for query reply process and the shipment is expected to clear from the custom in 24-48 hours if no additional queries raised by customs and shipment not marked for Examination."

After couple of days when I contacted them and they told "As per DC instruction they required confirmation from RBI to clear the shipment on BIT COIN.  Shipment will be on Hold until we get confirmation from DC." Its been 4 days since I got this reply. After that there is no response from.

Its been more than 20 days since the product arrived at the bangalore customs via DHL.

Kindly help me to get my products. Is there any proof that RBI or DGFT or Indian Government is telling the bitcoin or cryptocurrency related items are restricted?
Is there any proof that I can show it to them that Antminer or APW3+ power supply is not restricted?
Is there a way to clear my product?
