Ethereum+: A Peer-to-Peer Digital Asset System
Abstract. The Ethereum+ network is a peer-to-peer digital asset system that enables direct exchange of value without going through a central party. A zero compromise blockchain with the inherent parallelism and performance characteristics of an unspent transaction output (UTXO) based architecture and the Turing Complete programming of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) architectures. This is a breakthrough smart contracting and digital asset system based on SHA512 proof-of-work, designed for extreme throughput and scale.
What is Ethereum+?
Ethereum+ is a revolutionary network designed to solve the problems with all existing blockchains in terms of scale, parallelism and Turing Complete programming. Similarly to Bitcoin, the Ethereum+ network requires minimal structure, and timestamps transactions into an ongoing hash-based chain of proof-of-work (SHA512/256). It is possible to compose outputs in any manner, without compromising the inherent parallelism and performance characteristics of an unspent transaction output (UTXO) based architecture. Am all for p2p platforms, and quite pleased to see more and more developing even as giant centralised exchanges seem to still take centre stage. I would make Bitcoin your core pair, however. From what I can see in your post, SBD is the currency you'll start to use, but when even Dan Larimer seems to be getting royally pissed with his own abomination (though abandoning it for yet another abomination of his creation tells me he's just moving on for bigger and better cows to milk) you might want to anchor your platform to the only cryptocurrency worth trading with long term.
Your post doesn't seem to address at all the security issue though. Are we expecting yet another centralised P2P like localbitcoins? Or are we talking about a Bisq-esque client where you keep private keys and escrows are smart contracts instead of central entity?

currently its like localbitcoins but supporting many other coins
later we are gonna build this on EOS

In principle, the information about the project is interesting, but there is not enough detail. I think that the project can be interesting, since it is created on the platform of the EOS.
