Re: What did you look out for before investing in an altcoin?
by

What do you usually look out for before picking tokens/NFT project for mid-term or long-term investment?
1. team behind the project?
2. type of blockchain?
3. real-world use-cases?
4. partnerships?
5. period of existence?
6. Stability of the token/NFT project(https://t.me/emit_protocol)?
It's usually good to pick out some good fundamentals like use case, team, partnerships, etc. For an asset like DIVI, it has a use case of purchasing gifts cards and VPS.
Recently, it announced partnership with Viva. This partnership will assist investors to earn extra Divi.

Actually, I heard about Staking the coins gives apy. I want to know is really a staking good idea & what will be the staking months like 1 month, six months or 1 year.
Yes, staking is a good idea because it's a simplified form of Proof of work where a lot of energy and complex computers were needed to setup. Staking assets like Divi only requires their wallet and your Divi coins. The wallet interface is simplified in a way that everyone can use.

Re: Divi Project Achieve Mass Adoption of Cryptos?
by

I always welcome projects that try to connect the real world with crypto. It is very important that crypto becomes more understandable and popular among people. There are newbies that increase demand and it pumps the price. One thing that promotes crypto now is NFT-gaming. There are gamers who were not familiar with crypto before, but they come to this market because they like games.
Crypto in particular needs to be friendly and easy to understand by the average man. This is why the NFT-gaming and Blockchain-based games are attracting a lot of players into the crypto space because games are more friendly. Initially, people thought crypto belonged to a class of people (the high techs) but now with the help of projects like DIVI, newbies with no technical and crypto skills can easily used and earn from staking and masternode because of simplified wallet interface which is also user friendly.

Re: Best Way To Make Money From Crypto In 2020?
by
princeyeboah
on 13/06/2020, 01:39:48 UTC
The best way to make money in cryptocurrency is by investing in proof of stake coins. Proof of staking coins offer periodic rewards for investors who stake a particular amount of their tokens or run a masternode on the Blockchain of that particular project. This helps investors to earn on regular basis irrespective of market situations.

So sad to think that going back to normal is so impossible for us...we just need to cope up, follow the expert's advice and just go with the flow in order for us to survive in this kind of "New Normal" life because of the Pandemic.
No one says going back to normalcy is impossible. It will just take time for some things to resume back to their previous states. Businesses and companies that collapsed during the COVID 19 phase will need some time to revive, economy will equally need some time to revive. People will take precautionary measures during public gatherings as well.

Definitely, things will after the COVID 19 pandemic subsides. From the individual aspect, socialization or social gatherings will reduce as people will now become cautious with such activities. Also, since there was a sudden halt in some companies, businesses and laid off workers, production ceased or reduced leading to a recession. It will take some time for a recovery.

OP is really doing a wonderful job updating this thread always, you have my respect brother, have you done some research on 3wm ? That's a new bounty from bounty detective, looks promising enough to me, I will be waiting for your reply
I have equal good sentiments about 3wm due to the professional team behind and concept of the project. I think it is always good to do personal research on the bounty program or the project before joining. The technical analysis and conclusion of OP will add up to produce a more resound judgment about the project.

Good work done by OP. It is not easy to come real projects that are likely to be successful. Effort must be put forward in order to research very well into projects, paying attention to the team expertise level, product, concept, road map etc. Since OP does not give a 100% guarantee of the listed bounty programs above, bounty participants must do their due diligence.

Re: Do not follow every market wave

To some extent, it is good to follow the market trend in order to draw technical analysis from what altcoins to follow and which ones not to follow. Some trends give clue as to whether to buy in or sell out. It is not always a bad idea to follow market wave. It only becomes bad when the investor or trader FOMO in without making any research or analysis before jumping on board.

Why not? There are equally good altcoins on the marketmjust as Bitcoin is performing. It is just a matter of studying the market and making the right picks. Of late, masternode coins or Proof of Stake coins are making waves due to their rewarding system which provides passive revenue stream for its investors.

Re: New projects willing choosing bad exchanges?
by
princeyeboah
on 09/06/2020, 02:47:14 UTC
It all comes down to the fact that the project is legit or scam. No authentic project will intentionally love to be on a bad or poor servicing exchange. Sometimes, the advisors and marketing team of the project may not be experienced enough to make quality decisions for the project hence end up getting listed on low quality exchange. This is why is is very imperative to always look into the project before investing.

It is very possible to live without Banks in countries where cryptocurrency is accepted. In such countries there will be merchants businesses and companies that will offer crypto services just as the Banks do and this will even be fast and reliable. The other way round means difficulty in living without the Banks since the system has been integrated into many platforms.

No doubts about it! COVID 19 has brought many businesses to zero economy. The lockdown and quarantine made many businesses to lay off some workers, production reduced, traveling ceased etc. All these factors took a great toll on the economy of not only businesses but the entire world. Re: Where and How to Spend Your Bitcoins?
by

on 07/06/2020, 02:47:09 UTC
Now there are many websites to be able to spend the bitcoin that we have, to buy mining hardware I used to buy at newegg.
Then we can buy Amazon gift cards to be able to spend bitcoin on Amazon. I for entertainment sometimes spend bitcoin on
several online gambling sites. But most people prefer to convert bitcoin into fiat to be able to spend bitcoin.
Of course, there are several sites like the Newegg, overstock.com, Amazon, NameCheap, Try Lolli, Coin Cards, Try Purse.io etc. Browse through the several catalogue and based one your preference choose where to spend it. Depending on the status of Bitcoin in the country, there maybe other merchant services that will also allow Bitcoin to be used to pay utility bills.

Where and how to spend your Bitcoins depends on the country of residence. In countries where Bitcoin is accepted, there are businesses that have integrated it into the payment systems. There are also cryptocurrency related projects with real life use cases that allow Bitcoin to be used. Example include PolisPay app where users can purchase gift cards, Digihost where users can patronize VPS services, Doc MTC where users can access primary health service etc.

Re: Newbies are safer with top altcoins
by

on 06/06/2020, 01:53:44 UTC
In a certain aspect, yes, newbies are safe with already listed coins like the top altcoins on the market. This is because already listed or top altcoins are far from the category of being classified as a scam however, there is still the risk of losing investment especially when a newbie does not know when to buy dip, how long to hold and when to sell to make profits.
