The long-awaited resumption of the withdrawal of Tether (USDT)
We are glad to inform you about the restoration of the withdrawal of Tether (USDT)
The technical specialists of our exchange have finally eliminated the problem preventing the withdrawal of funds. We made 10 different tests before reaching a technical conclusion on the reasons for not allowing withdrawals.
Our team had to reinstall the BTC node from scratch, download the blocks again and index it. However, the Bitcoin blockchain is one of the largest blockchains, so each operation took from 2 to 5 days. It is for this reason that it took so long to restore the withdrawal of Tether (USDT)
We apologize and hope that this kind of problem will no longer arise in the future.
Currently, the USDT withdrawal is operating normally.
