what line i use -timeout 12

-timeout is a minutes value, so if you want to restart every 12 hours use -timeout 720

maybe one of the GPU is playing joke with you
if it was me , i probably try to found this gpu and let rig run without it
you said - now you have exra part to build small rig, just connect only this GPU and play with it (like new drivers , not OC to much )

statistic on my dashboard shows one miner is disconnected but its working in real time .

Check if the average hashrate of last 6 hours is *almost* equal to the current hashrate your mining rig is providing you. If it's same, there's no need to worry.
Miner's own fee (like if you're using Claymore, it disconnects you for a minute every hour) could be the cause of this little-timed disconnection.
