why would i offer 200 % of the total amount ?   can't i use that as payment then ?  why would i ask for 200 € loan 
lets say if i have 400 € collateral  makes no sense in my opinion

because in my book if you have collateral then you don't need a loan  because you can just sell the collateral and you shouldn't need a loan  or do i see this wrong ?
